"The room is much bigger than what i expect. Services from reception desks are extremely friendly and excellent, especially one lady from Kandy, Sri Lanka. The food is great and you can take fruits away as well. Amazingly, there is poole lake just 200meters behind this hotel. And beach side is nearby as well. I will choose to stay in same hotel if i travel to Poole again"

"Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left. Our  room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board). We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful. He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful. Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view! The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality ., The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character. This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last. A most wonderful location for a short break,! "

"The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were standard. While there was no air conditioning, there was a fan, which was still quite hot in the summer. The hotel is located on a main road, but not noisy, and access and parking are convenient. There's a bar and restaurant next to the hotel, and children get free breakfast."
