Wonderful friendly staff and a great selection of freshly prepared food including delicious creative salads as well as 3 hot dishes! Particularly loved the beef stew and spinach arincini and the mooli and chickpea sauce. Children loved the red velvet and banofee tart! Well done Chef Valentina and team- thank you for an awesome evening. We will be back.
Booked two rooms for a one night stay as this place is near to the viewing area at Heathrow airport. Unfortunately neither of us slept much due to poor quality matresses and thin curtains letting the light in. Also the walls are paper thin so you can hear everthing from the next room. The man that checked us in did not speak much english and seemed in a rush to get away. My room seemed clean but my friends was not, hairs and stuff in the bed. The tray with tea and coffee had no milk and the kettle was very dirty. One sachet of coffee was provided but this was a 3in1 which contained sugar. Plenty of tea bags, a few sugar sachets but no use without milk. We arrived too late to do much about any of the complaints and the man did not seem to speak english anyway, and we left at 0600 and there was no one around. On the plus side both rooms had a fan provided. My view, pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.
Borrowed the car to find the homestay near the airport, in the quiet street behind the bath road, two floors, basically can not hear the sound of the aircraft, the bathroom is shared, I do not know if there is a room with an ensuite. For self-check-in, I didn't receive the check-in email. I went to the address and contacted the service phone directly. After confirming the name, I sent the whatapp to give me the password. The house is decorated in a Nordic style and is simple. The room I got has an open kitchen. There is also a public area downstairs with dining table, sofa, microwave and washing machine. Two cars can be parked at the door of the house, on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also parking outside the street. At 8 o'clock in the morning, two people came to clean. At 9 o'clock, I came to ask when I checked out, because my room was the last room she needed to clean, so I later rested in the public area downstairs. Leave at 11 o'clock, of course, I can also give up the room at 11 o'clock. There seemed to be a lot of people coming to live at night, but they all left early in the morning. A transition is still possible for one night.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The best part was the customer service: every single member of staff was very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, as you would expect. Even though it is very close to the airport, you can't hear any planes or noise pollution. I also highly recommend the breakfast which was both fresh and varied.
Albeit I'm scottish, trying to get the staff to understand REALLY SLOWLY SPOKEN ENGLISH, was literally impossible.
Alarms going off in unoccupied rooms!?
Reported to reception, and literally had to write it down..
Asked for taxi for 7.30 to T5...
Went down to reception, no taxi...
Staff had booked for T6?!
There is no T6..
Very handy for airport, otherwise, pay £5 more and go next door..
Although I reviewed this hotel back in June, I thought I would give an update on our last, and definitely final, visit to this hotel. In July we stayed at the Sheraton for one night and parked our car at the hotel for 3 weeks. After midnight, when we had gone to bed, we heard a high powered car being revved and raced around the car park. Yes, someone was using the car park as a race track, using the cars parked there as the edges of the track! Someone else was taking pictures on their mobile phone. We contacted reception, who sent out a security guard and another member of staff. They, however, obviously knew the people racing the car and had a good laugh and joke with them before returning to the hotel, leaving the racers still revving their car and taking photos. I took photos too (attached). My wife was incensed by this total lack of interest from the hotel, and stormed down to reception. One of the people who had gone out to the car was there, plus the duty manager looking rather sheepish. They apologised with a grin on their faces and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable to them that this was going on as the people racing the car were members of staff!!! An incredible attitude. And it was obvious from their reaction that this was not a first time occurrence. Realising that we weren't going to get anywhere with the totally useless members of staff, and as by now the racers had left, we decided to raise the problems with a senior member of staff the following day. A couple of the managers we spoke to on the following day were disgusted at what had happened the previous night. Unfortunately they had already handed in their resignation as they weren't happy with the way the hotel is being run. So decide if you're happy to leave your car at a hotel that condones its staff using the car park as a race track and what damage they could do to your car. Remember, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the hotel, even if it's their own staff who have caused the damage! Please read the other reviews regarding cars being damaged at this Hotel. I posted a review on the Marriott website and received a very defensive response from the front desk duty manager. She apologised for the fact that staff were racing cars in the car park but didn't seem to really take it seriously. This experience, combined with the non-working air conditioning in the bedrooms, the tvs in the bedrooms that often don't work, the gaffer-taped tatty old carpeting in the hallways, the scruffy pool area that is hardly ever swept clean, the downgraded quality of the Club Lounge and the withdrawal of the Club concierge service seems to be indicative of a company seeking to justify changing the branding of this hotel to one of Marriotts budget brands. However, they're still charging 4 star prices for a hotel that now struggles to give one star service. Shame on you Marriott for ruining a formerly very good quality hotel. Lastly, I expect to receive a very bland re
We have been wonderfully taken care of by the staff in this hotel. The staff especially behind the coffee bar, Zahir, Thomas, Kamilla and many of the friendly faces that greet us each morning have made coming here an added bonus. They are always on hand to greet and add their own unique special touches to our days. They are a credit to a hotel that is fairly new yet has established itself as a firm favourite of mine. Thank you for your hosting
Good location clean and tidy room with great shower. Excellent service at check in where there was some confusion over my booking which was related to their system and suitable sorted by reception staff. Good food and bar at acceptable prices 🌹🙏
