We did not order breakfast, can be extra bed, suitable for children, parking location, close to the airport, regular car delivery, sanitary conditions, service attitude, surrounding environment, etc.

The hotel is located next to CDG airport and offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the terminals. The lobby is nicely designed, but the interior of the rooms could be more charming in my opinion. Nevertheless the staff was friendly and I would choose this hotel again in the future when having an overnight stay at CDG airport.

We stayed overnight before a flight. The hotel has a very nice, somewhat dramatic lobby- restaurant-bar area on the ground floor. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Our assigned room had a very strong smell of tobacco, and when we asked to be changed, they quickly sent up keys to move us to another room. We did not eat anything because our stay was brief, but the bartender was very courteous and made good drinks. The room was very clean, but a bit outdated, and could use a refresh.

Nice and stylish hotel but unfortunately beauty is not everything. Several disadvantages: the noise of planes, the music when you are on the 1st floor, 2 single beds pushed together as a double bed with 2 separate blankets, the cleaning leaves something to be desired ... and finally deposit of 50 euros not mentioned

I did not spent time in this hotel for a while due to business constraint and i have been very nicely surprised but their new rooms...excellent surprise...with modern touch and many nice touch of attention. Team very kind and supportive in any request as always... The new shuttle system to airport is much better...although participation is at 5euro, you have a dedicated min-bus driving you directly to your terminal...much faster and convenient then previous one making the tour of many hotels to collect passengers prior to reach airport.

Objectively speaking, the room is OK, not only the elevator, but also need to brush the room card when entering the hotel door, the security is good. But the hot water is only enough to wash one person. The hot water of my girlfriend's honey is solved by burning the kettle for more than 10 pots. The room service has not been solved. In addition, I have already paid a deposit of 250 Euros for the payment of the room rate. I have to pay the credit card for 15 days. I have not paid the deposit for 8 days in the city of Paris. It’s hard to say a word and won’t stay again.

The environment and service are good, it is necessary to get in and out of the car or shuttle, and the overall is good. Recommended activities near the airport

I booked via Chase Travel portal. After checking in close to 8pm I had to change rooms multiple times. The first room had mold near the window and an inoperable phone. The second room had dust bunnies and mold in the bathroom. After pointing out that the front-desk staff asked me multiple times if I was staying in the room alone, and the first two rooms were right next to the emergency stairs, the third room was away from the emergency exit but had a broken lock, mold in the bathroom, and staples holding down the wallpaper. The photos provided on the Chase Travel portal did not accurately portray the rooms I was placed in. After being on the phone with Chase Travel customer service for 1.5 hours to address the issue, send photos, request a full refund, and secure a different hotel near the airport, I was in line to checkout before midnight; I did not stay overnight due to the conditions of the rooms and broken lock. It took ~20 business days and daily phone calls with Chase Travel to receive a 100% refund. Chase Travel's vendor, Hotelbeds, followed up with the hotel's manager on multiple occasions to request a 100% refund: 9/30/23, 10/1/23, 10/2/23, 10/4/23, 10/5/23, 10/6/23, 10/8/23, 10/16/23, and 10/17/23. Chase Travel claims they (or Hotelbeds) called the hotel but often called after the hotel manager left for the day. The hotel manager responded on 10/2/23 to offer a free night for a future stay, on 10/10/23 to offer a 20% refund, and lastly on 10/18/23 to refuse the 100% refund. I declined both offers. Due to the hotel management's refusal, Chase Travel reimbursed me for the reservation. I encourage you to avoid this location if you can; but if you can't, may you have a better experience than I did.

Our stay at this Apart'City near CDG was a definite 5-star due mainly to the excellent service provided by every member of the stay, most especially Wael, Sana & Lisa. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Although it was not far from the airport, we hardly heard any airplane noise.

Facilities: in place. Hygiene: clean! Environment: Comfortable! Good service! Accommodation in Paris is generally more expensive, but this hotel is very affordable and cost-effective. I hope that the price will not increase, and I will stay here next time.
