Huge Airport /Business Hotel Some of the rooms are newly renovated, but the unrenovated rooms are also OK. Unfortunately the new shower trays are very slippery. Very friendly staff at the reception deskI had to change the room as they neddeded it to renovate, unfortunately thsi was communicated early in the morning only, but they appologiesd for the late info with an sweet gift., so all good Location is outside of City so you need a car

On arrival there is plenty parking. We were warmly greeted. On arrival in our room the smell was so bad that we automatically turned around and left the room. It was a mixture of cigarette smoke and perhaps damp? It was swiftly resolved and our new room was better although it had a damp smell. I thought that the breakfast was brilliant. There is really something for everyone. It’s beautifully presented and tasted great. Checkout was a little strange as it took well over ten mins to check me out, although they did not explain why.

Great service friendly staff ,who cheerfully go that extra mile to help you. If travelling by car great place to stay close to the airport and the city, If your a little more adventurous no car needed but lots of walking involved. Hotel shuttle to airport mon-fri then bus into Lille . Bus service very reliable. At the time of writing 25 to 35 euro for an Uber back to the hotel if you miss the last bus.

Before arriving I asked for a disability room, which I was informed they were all booked up, so asked for ground floor room Instead as my dad who I was travelling with struggles with steps. This was declined and we were given a room on the top floor (no lift at the hotel). Once up stairs we opened to door to what could only be described as the smell of stale cigarette smoke, that someone had lived there and smoked 50 a day in the room. The smell was horrific. With the Door and window left open, it helped but the smell was still there. The room is very basic, and the bathroom you can just about turn around in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work leaving it very stuffy, and thats before you turned the water on. There was no bath mat provided, resulting in the bathroom floor becoming very slippery ( not great for my dad who is already unsteady on his feet). The matteress on the double bed had multiple stains (from what I wouldn't want to guess). The light above the bunk bed didn't work. Upon waking up in our cigerette smelly room, went down to breakfast, which was extremely basic! There was only bread products available, 4 waiting for a 2slice toaster, which even after 4 minutes came out not toasted. There was no plates for any of the products meaning, if you wanted toast, you had to butter it on the tray or in a cereal bowl. Only reason we stayed here for the whole two nights booked was everywhere was booked up and staying for the rugby world cup, otherwise would have booked and gone else where.

We stayed for 2 nights in September 23 for the rugby World Cup. Firstly as you enter the reception area, which is just a desk and a lift, the stench from the bin room was unbearable. To get to the room on the 6th floor we had to walk down a graffiti covered corridor (not sure if it's meant to be art?). The room itself was big enough but felt more like 'student digs' than a hotel room. The toilet was separate from the shower room & had no soap or towel rail, just a small sink with a towel actually in the sink. The shower head was floppy meaning it had to be held onto. But the worst part of it was, after paying €400 for 2 nights, the room was not cleaned! When we asked why the room wasn't cleaned, we were told they are only cleaned once a week! I have never experienced this in any hotel I've stayed in before and I'm shocked at the poor service. Needless to say I will never use tulip inns again.

En voyage pour 4 jours, hôtel correct. Chambre propre, ”un peu petite”, salle de bain fonctionnelle avec savon, serviettes. Literie correcte, ras pour l'insonorisation extérieur malheureusement insonorisation intérieur : pas top (vivre en communité pour certains c'est dur (claquage de portes, chasse d'eau en pleine nuit et j'en passe...en aucun cas l'hôtel n'est responsable de ce genre de personnes)). Petit déjeuner plus que correct, céréales, pain, pain de mie, viennoiseries, yaourts, fromages, café, lait, fruits, charcuterie... top !! La dame à l'accueil fut très agréable, à l'écoute, durant tous le séjour. top !
