My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

The room was very hot. We were provided with 2 floor fans. But they annoyingly shut off after 120 minutes. The window opened over one of the beds, so was dangerous for that beds occupant. Awful instant coffee was provided, but no cream. The hotel was further from airport than expected. A 20 minute drive without traffic. The only option for dining is the hotel restaurant or McDonald's.

De passage a lyon en famille nous avons passez une tres bonne nuit ,endroit calme et propre .Jeune veilleur de nuit courtois et agréable ( Merci pour les petits ) . Les pizza au feu de bois sont tres bonne . On reviendra !!

Good rooms, friendly service. Ok bar. Decent breakfast. Drinks are expensive. A premium just for the location. Location is a 45 min ride from main train station. One change. You can buy a 24hr ticket for 3.60 EUR Strikes me as less useful if you want to visit the city and be close to things.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Je suis arrivé dans l'hôtel le 21 mai 2023 dans la soirée, et le lendemain matin je quitte ma chambre en m'assurant de fin fermer ma porte de chambre. En revenant le soir du 22mai 2023 je me rends compte que ma porte de chambre est entrouverte, ce qui n'était pas le cas le matin. J'ai donc vérifié que mes affaires qui était dans la chambre n'avait pas été volé. Et je me suis rendu compte que la femme de ménage était passé pendant mon absence et avait donc mal fermé la porte. Ce qui n'est pas du tout professionnel. En plus de ce problème la chambre est très mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors. et la porte de la salle de bain qui ferme très mal. Je ne conseil vraiment pas. A fuir à tout prix!!!!!!
