The location was great as it was very close to public transit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issues we had were with the mosquitoes and cleanliness. My wife and I were eat up with mosquito bites from only two nights and we never opened a window to allow them in. In the room there was a stain on my sheets and there were dead mosquitoes all over the walls that had not been cleaned up from the previous guests.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and drink at bar while we waited for the room. Got to our room and we were very impressed with both the size of the room and the big comfortable bed.  The walk in shower was fantastic and it was great to have the toilet in a room on its own. The maid service was also superb. We were never bothered by knocks on the door and after going for lunch etc, we came back and the room was done. Perfect. Unfortunately though, music was played all day - sometimes from 8:30 in the morning. This was pretty disturbing when you just want a bit of peace. One day we’d not had breakfast, so around midday, we thought we’d have a bite to eat in the outside garden. We wanted just something light like a baguette etc but this was not available and the options were expensive and distinctly underwhelming - bunging a few flowers and a couple of strawberries on a heap of average quality jambon doesn’t pull the wool over anyone’s eyes. We decided to have a night cap in the bar one evening. It was an “interesting” experience. The din of the Reggaeton music assault, was interspersed by glasses and all kinds being slammed around and a general atmosphere of malcontent from the clearly fed up staff. I have bad days too, guys, but my valued clients would never be able to tell. When we checked out on Friday midday, the attitude of the woman on reception was pretty frosty too. No smile dispensed here. In fact when she made a mistake and asked my wife for 800 euros for the room, which was already paid for, no hint of a “my mistake, sorry”. This stay could have been so much better. Examples: A more consistent attitude from the staff. A simple lunch/snack menu. Maybe not play music that’s audible all day in all parts of the hotel. I am unable to give it more than 3 stars as there are a lot of improvements that are needed.

Not bad, check in at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, at the beginning the room had a strange smell and the door could not be locked. After waiting for half an hour, the staff waited for half an hour and changed one. There was no strange smell and the hygiene was good. Considering that the front desk of an apartment hotel in France can still solve the problem during off hours, it is good. If you do not check in within the specified check-in time, you should contact the hotel to get the door code and the safe code for the key.

Although it may be welcome, it is welcome in the hotel. All staff are very helpful. Very nice room, most importantly very clean and bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price of the room..... very generous. Good parking lot, very close to transportation Frankly, I recommend this hotel.

The location is a little far from the city center, but I just took a walk after eating. The overall hotel is very new and very good in all aspects.

After cycling for 3 months across France FirstName was an absolute pleasure to spend our last days recovering and as a base to see the city. Our room was spectacular, the bed was an absolute delight to sleep in and the bathroom and wardrobe storage were magnificent. The heated mirrors in the bathroom were a real touch of class that we welcomed. Breakfast and dinners were top-notch, we just loved everything the hotel had to offer. Check-in staff worked well above any expectations we may have had. They helped us when we had bicycle transport issues and when I cut my finger they worked tirelessly with arranging for the correct hospital and transport. They all communicated with each other and the various shifts seamlessly. The staff in the restaurant area along with the chef were also outstanding and super helpful.

I paid £38 for a night through a third party website. The room was small but comfortable. The tv was extremely small. The bathroom could use a renovation admit is slightly dated. However, the location of the hotel is perfect and the sound proofing was good enough. I would come again.

We visited Bordeaux for the first time for a family wedding. I must say the location of the hotel was excellent, cleanliness of a very high standard, but most of all very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The breakfast was nice, albeit at €15 each not the cheapest for a family of 5. The reception staff booked our taxis for the airport and the chateau for the wedding with little fuss. The taxis are a little expensive but that’s not the hotels fault, and most taxi drivers (not all) drive with their mobile in their hand, so be prepared for a potentially scary ride. I would recommend this hotel for a short break, we were there for 5 nights, we had two rooms on different floors, so would try and get them close together if staying again.
