This log cottage by Lake Nuasjärvi in Vuokatti was completed in 2003. Distance to the lake is 100 m and there is shared pier and cottage's own boat. Floor area 82 m² incl. loft. Combined living room & kitchen, bedroom with doublebed, sauna (electric heating), washroom/toilet. Loft with doublebed and two separate beds + mattresses. Terrace and camp fire site wit lean-to. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km. Vuokatti ski slope 1,5 km, cross country track 200 m. Beach 100 m. Final cleaning not included. Pets allowed. Bottom plug, key and life jackets for the boat are located in the cottage.

Located on the side of a stream (30 m) connecting to Iso-Sapsojärvi, a separate log cabin for a peaceful vacation and enjoying nature in Sotkamo. The cottage built in 2002, living space of 60 m² on the ground floor and 60 m² on upper floor. A separate kitchen corner with an atmospheric wood stove. In the living room kitchen there is a fireplace and a dining set for 6 people. In the living room, a good-sized sofa and an armchair. Upstairs, a motor bed (as a double bed), and 2 x 120 cm wide separate beds, in the same space, but partly demarcated into a sleeping space with wardrobe. From the upper floor there is access to a small balcony, with a view of the courtyard sauna and the stream. Wood-heated sauna (hot water from the heater) + dressing room. Access to the stream from the sauna is via stairs, and at the end of the stairs is a platform / terrace and a ladder. The courtyard sauna is available all year round. Note the stream is not suitable for swimming (natural mud bottom). On the beach there is a campfire place and a porch with a door. A rowing boat is available to get to Sapsojärvi (distance approx. 400 m), if you are boating, please bring your own life jackets. At the end of the stream, at the head of the promontory on the Sapsojärvi side, there is a good sandy swimming spot available (with another cabin), there are old buildings on the beach that are not used by tenants, but you can otherwise use the beach freely. Note there is also a separate shed building, with sleeping loft with alternative beds for 2 (if you want privacy). The use of the shed can be negotiated separately with the maintenance. Shed can be available during the summer. The cottage is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets are not allowed at the cottage, however, the property is not suitable for people with allergies, as the owner's own dog occasionally visits the cottage. There is no direct line of sight to the neighborhood from the yard...
