Hi, Hola, Hej! We, me and my mum went to this hotell between 3/9-13/9 - 10 days! We did really enjoyed the time here and I did a quick review above earlier, when we’d left and checked out from the hotel; that we recommend this hotel. But here comes a more detailed and a little bit more in-depth review cause this hotel really deserve that! Treatment/Service We’re so thankful and satisfied with the all the staffs treatment. When we arrived, pretty late we get a professional welcoming from the receptionist and did get well informed about the ruled of conduct and about the area around (supermarkets etc.) Each of you was so kind and helpful with exactly everything. You did always get a smile when you passed and if you had a question or something to solve, it was never a problem. Perfect English of course so no worries if you don’t spak Spanish or cathalan. Cleaning Topnotch cleaned rooms and areas every day! Don’t understand what people who says it was dirty is talking about above in other reviews. Cause that’s not true! Always fixed beds, clean floors, clean towels and fresh every single day. The cleaners even fold things in the rooms… We want to give a special thanks to: Betsy - one of the cleaners Paula, Chris and Toni in the restaurants Alicia and her colleage in the reception, unfortunately we don’t know his name but he was the first one we’d met when arriving on the night and he did helped us with many questions and other things we wondered in. The hotel in general To ”only” be ranked with three stars *** this hotel really lives up to expectations and more. Just want to say. You get value for the money. Also has a nice constitution both outside and inside in the public spaces. Rooms The rooms is tiny and cozy, whole the interior is very fresh with light gray parquet floor/furnitueres, white walls and blue/beige details on the textiles. Tiles and beautiful Mallorcan mosaik in the bathroom, shower behind a wall of glass and a shower head with really nice pressure. The room also has a little desk and a TV on the wall where you can watch both Spanish, German, English Chanels and news, even radio. The room is also equipped with enough many contacts for charching several products in the same time. Good storage space and hangers of course. In the bathroom there also is both vegan shampoo and shower gel with aloe vera - and its really nice to use after a whole day in the sun. Soft and comfortable beds. Nice curtains for the sun and a pretty big balcony. Comfort/Facilities/Property amenities At the Hotel, there’s a big and beautiful pool (in the night it has lights in different colours in the edges). In and between the pool is it sun-beds to lay on and a lots of chairs too of course. When you get a place on the sun-bed, you also have a little extra-area to just take a little bath and a lot of place to just sit. Not a problem to get a good place both on the beds and in the chairs. Check in was easy, very polite and welcoming reception team. We arrived early - about 11am and got into our room straight away. Room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, good aircon. Pool area was lovely, sunbeds a plenty to choose from, however not very comfortable. They hurt our backs. Nice good music played throughout the day. Loved the Elvis singer during the day time entertainment. Drinks were so cheap - half the price of the bars in the town. We knew about the rule of 3 so we were fine about that. The wine in the dinner hall was really nice - very drinkable! Beer was good too. Food was incredible - SO MUCH CHOICE - the man that carved the meat was great, very funny, telling me to take more. My only issue was that there were no labels telling you about allergies. Every label said ”ask for more information” which is no good if you have a food allergy or intolerance. You could find someone to ask but they just shouted beef, chicken or fish. Not great as it really limits your food choices if you have an issue with ingredients such as Eggs, Gluten, Wheat, Cows Milk etc. The Snack bar was ok, nothing special - Chips, Pizza, hot dogs, burgers and salad. There was beef kebab one day but it didn't look very appetising. Location was good, about 5 min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I thought the hill would be worse than it was from the previous reviews, but it was fine, its not that far at all. Overall would I come back? YES - but only for a short break. The sunbeds would cripple me if I spent more than an afternoon on them. Its a really nice hotel though and if you have no food allergies or intolerances then its brilliant!!

The smell in the room was so bad that I had to open the window to sleep. After staying for a few days, I was only given one day's supply of water. The rest could only be purchased at the restaurant for a fee. In winter, there are not many open shops around. Parking is 17 euros a day, and buffet dinner is 25 euros per person, excluding drinks. The mutton was inedible and very hard. The vegetable salad at night was not as fresh as in the morning. The swimming pool is not heated and you cannot swim in winter.

Excellent trip with jet 2. Seamless landing, luggage pick-up and transfer. Hotel excellent with lively rooms, great buffet and friendly staff. Loads locally to do and see and right next to the beach. My only fault I would say is others were smoking on the balcony which often came onto our room. As a non-smoker it wasn’t pleasant

Nice Hotel. Breakfast and Dining area spotless which is excellent. Great location. Nice friendly staff. View from breakfast level was AMAZING! My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself. Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom. Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!

Stayed for 6 days in an apartment type room with 2 and 5 year old children. I would like to visit again. good 1. It is true that there is a slope from the sea to the hotel, but it is a distance that even a 2-year-old child can walk. 5 minutes walk. 2. Stayed in room 776. The room was an apartment type with a kitchen and it was easy to live. The equipment is basically complete. If you tell the receptionist, they will give you a detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented with a deposit of 10 euros per sheet. If you want to change it, they will respond quickly. The deposit will be returned on the last day. No seasoning. 3. Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good. 4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot. 5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves. 7. I took a tour of the Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to a souvenir shop. The stay was long enough. 8. There were activities such as a children's dance program, and the children enjoyed themselves. 9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a little rocky area, so if you get tired of the beach, you can look for crabs and shellfish on the rocky area and have fun with your children. The beach in front of the hotel is long, and it was very nice to cycle on a rental bike that can hold 4 people. Rental bikes can be rented at the shop in front of the beach. bad 1. All cash payments in the hotel. There is an ATM inside the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient. It also charges a fee. 2. Depending on your tastes, I thought the breakfast was not worth the 22 euros. After all, my child ate bread, yogurt, and cereals, so I bought them at the supermarket next door and ate them in my room. 3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus).The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way. 4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

The location of the hotel is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the facilities are simple and economical. 🚗 Transportation: Parking is convenient and suitable for self-driving.
