Personal muy atentos, amables, simpáticos. Hotel limpio, bonito, bien comunicado con la red de carreteras. Desayuno bufé muy completo. Calidad precio, muy bien. Las instalaciones interiores preciosas. El salón bar, muy acogedor. Muy recomendable.

Excellent hotel, well located, 1 minute from the bus station to visit Coruña, 5 minutes from the supermarket. I had a large and modern room with a sea view, which on my arrival I found it very clean . Many thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Carlos for his professionalism and Claudia who was always smiling and very helpful. Thank you guys. Very nice hotel. With fantastic view of the sea. Quiet location, but near the sites to visit. Rooms with a lot of space, with bathroom and shower. Most modern decoration. Fantastic breakfast. It was not a buffet but a letter request, but everything was very well prepared and in a very generous amount. We appreciate the concern that everything was perfect for us.

Although listed as a hotel it is not a hotel per se- more like a self catering family holiday park, albeit an up market one. Our travel agent booked it for us as part of a tour around northern Spain. We had requested only 4 or 5 star hotels. The grounds are beautiful but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, in particular the waitress on the terrace on Saturday evening. Originally we thought it was a language barrier issue but the next day at breakfast she was just as rude - in fact the word we would use is hostile!!! She was surly and severely lacks customer service skills. The receptionist when we checked in could also do with some training in customer service. The property is in a residential area and the restaurant isn’t open in the evening. You can’t even get a soft drink after 8.00pm!! When we did ask for a drink whilst waiting for a taxi we were made to feel like we were asking for the impossible! We were given a one bedroom apartment which was like a tin box. Although it looked quirky it was like a greenhouse! It was stifling and there was no air conditioning. Really - metal room without air con????? We were so so disappointed with our visit and would struggle to recommend it. In all honesty we couldn’t wait to leave. We were so disappointed that we will be suggesting our travel agent thinks twice before booking any one else a room there!!! Not impressed!!!!

I picked this hotel because I wanted to see what Oleiros was all about, and I was pleasantly provided with quality, comfort and - most importantly - outstanding customer service. With 3 separate 2-week stays between September 2022 and February 2023, I have not been disappointed. The quality matches the brand's rating - they have many different types of hotels in their portfolio. Having the kitchenette here is ideal and economical for morning coffee etc. While there is some issue with noise from within and externally, the management staff is outstanding in understanding and accomodating as possible. The parking availability is tremendous in an area where public spaces are hard to come by. As a solo female traveler I felt safe, welcomed and well attended. Using the business coworking room was a challenge due to others using as their private conference room and speaking full blast on speaker phones, but that is a problem of inconsiderate behavior from individuals. The guestroom room itself is comfortable enough for work and the hotel has a fantastic location for holidaying. I hope to return for longer term in future. Enjoy your stay.
