Las estrellas se le corresponden al edificio. No hay profesionales de 5 estrellas en este hotel. Sobretodo el trato del servicio de restauracíon hacia el cliente no es el adecuado para 5 estrellas. Un ”chicos que pongo de beber” no son formas de presentarte en una mesa de comensales, entraditos en edad, no colegas. El vino gotea en el 90% de las veces que te sirven. He ido varias veces a comer aquí, he visto infinidad de camaremos pasar por aquí ya ( en un año de apertura), siguen sin profesionales. He estado en eventos de gran afluencia, en los que han traido refuerzos extras, pues aun peor de lo presente. Peor educación hacia el cliente, malas formas de hablar... Señores cuiden este edificio, es una joya. Pero si siguen en este plan de servicio, habrá lluvia de estrellas. La comida muy bien, buena, rica y bien presentada. El entorno muy bien, jardines, spa, piscina, habitaciones, desayuno.... esta parte muy bien. Falta experiencia, amabilidad, formación de los empleados de restauración.

Celebramos nuestro 50 aniversario de boda con nuestros hijos y nietos y la tía total 17 aprovechando la floración de la lavanda estuvimos muy cómodos. La casa estupenda las habitaciones cada una con baño y aire acondicionado el comedor grandísimo con la mesa enorme como en la terraza con posibilidad de poner más mesas la barbacoa muy bien con leña preparada también garage guardamos los 5 coches es una maravilla de casa bien equipada de electrodomésticos vajilla y utensilios de cocina la ubicación muy cerca del centro histórico la señora Carmen muy atenta fue un puente de Santiago maravilloso con todos si podemos en alguna ocasión volvemos
