The location of the hotel is very good, just across a street to the old town, very convenient. The front desk service is super, very patient to answer questions, warm and friendly. The restaurant is very modest and the breakfast is also good. The hotel is very quiet, if you want to go to the convenience store, you can walk one street away. The only complaint is that the hotel bed is a bit small. Overall very satisfied.

Location: The apartments are about 10 minutes walk from the old town and there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a shopping mall in the immediate vicinity. Arrival: At the address arrived, the entrance to the building is located, directly left next to the large steel door that leads to the courtyard. The floor has a reception that is occupied day and night, and at which I was given the keys to the apartment against the submission of my booking. Between 22:00 and 6:00 the main entrance is complete, but you can just click or call the receipt telephone number placed on the entrance door. Parking: There are numerous parkings belonging to the property, costing € 10 per night, and located in the indoor courtyard of the building. Accommodation: The apartment was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning and comfortable furniture. The internet was also quick enough to work on the laptop without problems. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine in the apartment, so you may have to bring clothes to the washing room. Concluded: I would visit this accommodation again at my next visit to Tallinn and continue to recommend without reservation.

The room is at the end of the corridor, and the wireless internet connection is not very good. The hotel breakfast is okay, there are instant noodles, and there is free drinking water in the room. It's an okay stay!

Our stay was really nice. The staff was great, room was clean and location is perfect. Would like to return and probably will do that. Liked everything that hotel had to offer around that price point. Everything is right around the corner from this place - shops, bars and restaurants.

Out of service, I feel the service that the five-star hotel should have. The room said that it was upgraded for us, but in the room directly above the front door of the hotel, facing the opposite school, I feel that it is better to face the garden. Hotel breakfast is awesome, it is a single point plus self-service form, persuading the appetite is small and less, otherwise it can't be eaten, the self-service bread cake is super delicious, because I can't finish the time and pack it away. The hotel also has a private sauna, you can experience it and make an appointment in advance at the front desk. It took about 5 to 6 Euros to take a taxi from the terminal, and it will arrive in 10 minutes. The hotel is out of the old city center, and it is enough to stay in the old town for one night.

The hotel has a great location in the old town so it’s very convenient and the design around the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have antique furnishings. Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

Very nice hotel at first sight. We had a double standard room and it had an area of ​​16-17m2. The room was arranged in such a way that if one opened the cupboard door or the minibar door, the entrance door could not be opened. There was a folding valley support, but there was nowhere to put it. On cruise ships the cabins are larger. There were liquid stains and crumbs on 1 bedside table. We complained and we were given a triple room that was clean and had approximately 20-21m2, enough for 2 people, but if a 3rd person had to sleep there in a folde bed, it would no longer be possible to move around the room.Both badrooms were 2m2 (included above) with a shower, sink and toilet The breakfast was well stocked, although sparse for a sweet breakfast. You had to prepare the pancakes yourself. We wanted to eat at the hotel in the evening on the arrival day, so no reservation, and were refused: everything is reserved although the restaurant was half empty. We then went to the lobby bar, where you can also eat something, where we were told that we had to wait at least 1 hour before the food could be served. Out of misery we went to McDonalds.

I liked the hotel, very convenient location, 1 minute from the Town Hall Square. There are nuances, but for this price you should not pay attention. The staff is nice. The check-in was written on the site from 7 in the morning, we arrived at 7 and we checked in, although it seemed like they had hinted at 14.00, but I was looking for a hotel with early check-in, where the reservation indicated that we would arrive early. We rented a day, but it even turned out to have breakfast 2 times, with no questions and no extra charge. Probably the only minus that I want to emphasize when leaving, we were asked if you used a bar, that is, a refrigerator where there was water, you had to pay for water. Not where it was not written about it. We will return to this hotel with pleasure, because we liked its cleanliness, location and of course the price

Sleep - 10/10, slept like a rock, woke up in the same position as we fell asleep, bedding - soft and clean, views were magical, food was filling and fresh, service - beyond reproach, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay
