Perfect stay. Arrangement booked including breakfast, dinner and access to Vitalis. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Daily use of the pool and saunas in Vitalis. In your bathroom from hotel via lift and bathroom, the swimming pool is in such a way. Nasty towels and bathrooms are daily to exchange. Friendly and helpful staff. In the surrounding area are fun excursions. Beautiful walks to start right from the hotel. Saarburg is a nice city with workshops, waterfalls and castle. Tree top path at the Saarschleife. Saarpolygon is a beautiful view tower.

Check-in by phone, room key from wall box. No one on site. That came unexpected. So baggage without lift came into the second floor. The room was beautifully furnished and large enough. I had booked a double room for single accommodation. A beautiful bathroom with a large shower with a rain shower head. A capsule coffee machine and a small bottle(!) mineral water were available. My evening visit to the restaurant located in the house was an revelation. I was friendly served and eaten there excellently. The fish soup with croustens and rouille as a pre-feed I rarely eaten so excellently. As the main court I chose rummpsteak with apple and fungi, as a supplement potato gratin. The steak was very good and brathed to the point. Cibules and fungi had pleasant chest flavors. The potato gratin, reached in a small pan, was a little overgrown. The selected dessert, white chocolate must with a beer salad and a parfait rounded the enjoyment of the evening nicely. Finally the finally reached espresso was qualitatively expandable. The chef and the nice service have allowed me a nice evening. A clear recommendation!

Perfect locarion, very close to the city center and at the same time far away from the city noise. Very clean and cosy rooms, delicious breakfast and nice atmosphere. It feels really like a home. If I have a chance to go again to Trier, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Unexpectedly, I didn't expect this place to be the hometown of Karl Marx. I got up early in the morning and went to the town to experience the local culture. The hotel has a great location with parking. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the former home of Marx. It is worth mentioning that the former residence of Marx is directly opposite a red tavern. Go in and see the people, things, and wine that have been broadcast on the Internet...

The location behind the main station, but without direct access, requires 30 minutes walk to both the station and the city centre. The rooms are rather small, but convenient and functional. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very good for a short stay and the parking was free.
