We only went here to get something to eat. Unfortunately the hotel is using a time plan from the 1950's and 60's. That means if you are ”outside” of what the hotel considers to be meal times you are out of luck. We got there at about 3:30 in the afternoon after doing some house viewing in the area so we had no option to eat before 6 PM. They will serve you cake and coffee though but only between 2 and 5.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la montagne mais à 10mn de badeparadise. On y est au calme avec une très belle vue sur la nature. Notre chambre avait un immense balcon et était très confortable et spacieuse. Très douillette et propre avec du café et du thé à disposition. L'accueil est sympathique et familiale. Nous avons eu des petits déjeuners copieux et avec tout un choix possible. Nous avons dîné un soir et la viande était très bonne tendre et bien cuite. Le parking est gratuit ainsi qu'un sauna et son espace détente avec lit de foin musique etc. Nous n'avons pas testé le bowling mais c'est possible. Je recommande vivement me tarif était très correct vu la qualité des prestations.

The ”superior” room was in the basement, the hotel was cold, the heating didn't warm up properly, disposable plastic cups that had lime deposits and had obviously already been used for the bathroom, the refrigerator dates from the last century and can be used at night due to the noise cannot be operated, the smallest towels in the world, water takes forever to get to a certain temperature and is still only lukewarm, the hotel is poorly insulated, the blankets are far too thin for the time of year (which combined with the cold room made it completely unbearable has) and the owner is the unfriendly and most arrogant thing this country has ever seen. At least check-in and check-out were relatively unproblematic.

Hotel caratteristico della zona molto carino e accogliente. Camere e bagno puliti come tutta la Struttura. Acqua e bollitore per caffé e Tee in camera( in un 3 stelle non li trovi ovunque) Parcheggio gratis e personale gentile lo fanno il top per un 3 Stelle. Colazione non varia, ma con ottimi buoni prodotti. Ci tornerei volentieri

Surprisingly nobody write a review for this hotel in the last 3 years, so when booking this hotel I had a bit hesitation but eventually it was one of my best choices so far on travelling. We stayed in a full lake view one bedroom apartment with balcony, the view is breathtaking and fantastic. The whole premises is clean, neat and well equipped, very good and tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. We also tried their laundry service which is reasonable charged for EUR13~/bag. The hotel has 10-15 parking space (free), if it's full you can park your car at their sister hotel nearby 200m away). From the hotel you may access many scenic spots in Black Forest such as Feldberg, the newly opened Blackforestline, Freiburg and Triberg. But it's highly advised that you have a car for getting around. For those have their own cars to travel to Black Forest, the hotel is really an excellent accommodation choice.
