The hotel is well located. The room is clean. There are lots of trimmings needed on the trip. But there are also shortcomings, namely: the room is very hot for an unexpected reason despite the cold weather (end May 2024). The bathroom is dark. For registration at the time of settlement, there is a compulsory Internet, as the code for entry to the SMS room does not send, but only a reference to it (by the word - at the station there is WI-FI). And the main shortcoming in my trip - all 6 days of arrival did not work an elevator (as if from the past flood). However, the NV surprised the third day of the stay was found a working elevator from the office entrance, but it was only possible to go down, as it was impossible to enter the building in this door outside, And to climb the steep staircase on the 6th floor, and still with baggage - still that pleasure ...

Ein ganz großes Lob an das gesamte Team des InterCity Hotels Saarbrücken unter der Führung der kompetenten Betriebsleitung Herr Körner. Von der Angebotserstellung zum persönlichen Empfang vor Ort war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Hervor zu heben ist der überaus freundliche Service, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals und das Gefühl, als Gast gesehen und wahrgenommen zu werden. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt und unsere Gruppe mit 75 Personen war rundum zufrieden, was bei einer solchen Personenanzahl wirklich als Kompliment zu verstehen ist. Viele wollen privat sogar wieder kommen. Nicht zu vergessen ist das Housekeeping. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer muss hier noch einmal explizit erwähnt werden, da ich als Ansprechpartnerin durchweg positives Feedback erhalten habe. Liebe Gäste im InterCity oder in anderen Hotels: Auch die Gastgeber sind nur Menschen und geben unter dem Aspekt des enormen Fachkräftemangels ihr Bestes, das sollte man wirklich anerkennen und wert schätzen. Daher: Gebt Feedback, sagt ab und an mal Danke und auch das Personal freut sich über ein Lächeln! Wir sagen herzlich danke und kommen definitiv wieder!

The room was clean and tidy, very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, and a Thai restaurant across the street. To go to the supermarket, you can go left and go straight, through the pedestrian area to Karstadt Shopping Center, there is an Aldi supermarket on the ground floor. The only bad thing is that there is a lot of music at 6 o'clock in the evening until 9 o'clock, and many people come back to the aisle at 1 o'clock in the morning.

GGuest UserWe stayed here one night on our journey from Calais to Croatia. The hotel was excellent and I would not hesitate to stay here again. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was modern with all facilities that we needed, such as plenty of USB points, and the bathroom was too with an excellent walk-in shower. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. There was plenty of parking which was free when we stayed. Our room was near the tram tracks and it was a little bit noisy when the window was open, but it didn't interfere with us getting a good night's sleep. Getting to the hotel by car was a little trickier than expected as the exit we wanted from the autobahn was closed for repairs, but the navigation soon took us to the hotel.

GGuest UserDas Hotel hat eine super Lage- direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone bzw. der Flußpromenade, an der schönen Saar und ist super zu erreichen. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und manchmal zu Späßen aufgelegt, die nicht bei jedem Gast verstanden werden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. leider könnte man hier und da mal wieder renovieren. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas und ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotel um Klassen besser. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, and a Thai restaurant across the street. To go to the supermarket, you can go left and go straight, through the pedestrian area to Karstadt Shopping Center, there is an Aldi supermarket on the ground floor. The only bad thing is that there is a lot of music at 6 o'clock in the evening until 9 o'clock, and many people come back to the aisle at 1 o'clock in the morning.

Qqiukangen110Nothing special about it and nothing wrong with it in a city with fewer options than one might hope for. Location across the river from where all the action is, 15 minutes minimum walk. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and functional rooms featuring the leak-prone shower doors one expects throughout Europe at this price point. Free on-street parking weekends and 8 pm to 8 am weekdays, 11€ for secure hotel parking. Okay Mexican restaurant within. The elevator begins up a short flight of stairs from entry level lobby.
