I had a single room in attic/sloping ceiling €52 3rd cheapest on *********** booked day before. I arrived 23:30 and had to phone for a PIN code to get in.. was emailed straight away 👍. (Number above pin pad at main door) Small room but ideal for my needs sleep and business next day. Rooms clean.. staff very polite. On checkout asked me if it was too hot… I said yes a fan would have been nice. She said they are putting them in the rooms today. Coffee to go was offered at reception where breakfast is served. Breakfast and coffee good. I could really ask for more. Breakfast extra €13-14 I think. To sum up I will revisit if price is right.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and a pleasant location, breakfast was also versatile and delicious, very friendly staff, it can recommend and would check in there again From the airport that is near and the aircraft are not much with. Our room was clean and with bathtub/douche I'm sorry I forgot to take pictures.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, unfortunately in the 4th floor and at arrival the lift was defect, from the lift you have to walk to the 4th floor with baggage. The choice of food and drinks for breakfast was good.

This is at best an Ibis-equivalent hotel. The receptionist even called it a motel. The room is small and poorly equipped. There is no coffee-machine although there is a kettle. One of the cups still had the last person's coffee rim stain. There is no air-conditioning, no fans available and it is hot and airless. The window can be opened but only if you are prepared to leave the curtains open and be in full view of people visiting the Mcdonalds opposite. The road noise is not great either. The restaurant is closed, but I was offered a microwaved mini pizza! If you must stay in a Mercure in the area, go to the Mercure City Nord in Düsseldorf.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks, and I can say that I had a goodtime. I can say that the rooms are a bit outdated, but with great pleasure I can say that the staff is very available to requests and to offer the best solutions available. Reception staff are very courteous and professional. The restaurant staff is always available and with a smile on their faces, and ready to welcome guests. The breakfast offers a wide range of food, and the menu with dishes is varied. I conclude by saying that it was a nice stay, and I would like to compliment the staff for their professionalism.

WWang MingzhiVery cute little downtown hotel, inherited in the German country style. Can not be considered a business hotel, but live, it is ok, after all, the requirements here can not be too high. For breakfast, the variety is a little less, and there are no scrambled eggs. It is free.
