Our room was just like the pictures, a bit small but perfectly adequate for two people. The bathroom looked relatively newly renovated. Room: We were able to have a room with a balcony which adds a real plus to the service, seen on the front of the hotel and the restaurant which closes at 10 p.m. (we were treated to a concert by Bavarian musicians, very, nice ). The bedding was ok, a little trouble with the pillow, the bathroom small but functional (clearly in the standard of hotels of this price) super clean hotel. Conclusion: Do not be afraid of the proximity of the road, the railway or the restaurant which are in fact advantages we have not suffered any inconvenience on this side. I just returned from a three night stay at the Hotel Alpina. As always it was a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean with a comfy bed along with good wifi. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Since my last stay they have expanded their menu and it was really fantastic! Since the pandemic they have done some renovations to many areas of the hotel. I noticed the gym has all new equipment. I highly recommend staying here as it's my favourite hotel in the area and you're treated like family!
