Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider schrecklich. Wir waren im Nebengebäude. Der Standard war - was wir vorher wussten - nur 3 Sterne, was an sich völlig ok ist. Aber das Zimmer (Nr. 340) war weder richtig sauber (wurde dann nachgereinigt), noch war es in einem angemessenen Instandhaltungszustand. Im Bad Sprünge in den Fliesen, korrodierte Armaturen, fleckiger Waschtisch, verbreitet Roststellen an der Heizung. Im Zimmer ein Glastisch mit diversen Abplatzungen, Flecke auf dem Sofa, ein Fenster ließ sich gar nicht mehr öffnen und der Teppich hat seine besten Zeiten auch schon lange hinter sich. Wenn Sachen alt sind, ist das nicht schlimm, aber sie müssen schon in Ordnung sein. Dafür dann 320 Euro für zwei Nächte zu nehmen, ist schon ein starkes Stück. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde uns von Frau Birke mitgeteilt, dass sie da außer einer Nachreinigung nichts machen könne. Die Reinigung sei auch ein bekanntes Problem, weil das ukrainische Reinigungspersonal immer so traurig sei und nicht zuverlässig arbeite. Den ansonsten schlechten Erhaltungszustand des Zimmers fand Frau Birke für den Preis in Ordnung, schließlich sei das Frühstück toll und uns stünde ja auch der Wellnessbereich zur Verfügung. Das wäre als Argument aber selbst dann Blödsinn, wenn es nur ein 1-Sterne-Zimmer wäre. Dass ein Zimmer sauber und heil ist, ist doch wohl die Grundlage?! Das uns angebotene kostenlose Upgrade bei einem künftigen Besuch war jedenfalls kein Trost - es versteht sich von selbst, dass wir in dieses Hotel sicher nie wieder fahren werden. Was wohl auch in das Angebot eingepreist war...

The rooms and bathrooms are as new. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom was unsatisfactory, with limescale deposits in the shower under the toilet, and a slight smell of urine in the air. I got 89 euros at the reception for 67 euros through the app, which is related to my high standards. In addition, there is a breakfast that should be charged 15 euros. I personally think that these two breakfasts are too much. Personally, I will go on a business trip and sleep here again, but privately, I may not necessarily spend my vacation there.

One of the standout features is the hotel's vibrant common areas. The lounge and bar area offer a great space to relax or socialize, and the breakfast spread was both delicious and varied. Booked double room at expedia, hotels.com. Pictures shown at reservation and room we got do not match. Receptinist played as if hos english is poor insisting room is the booked one, so you will risk you will not get what you book as there is definitely wrong marketing of rooms: Do not believe in pictures!. Other than that, you will not die if you stay one day here in transit as we did. But, room we stayed was dirty, including toilet/bathroom which is not ok. And we used our own towels as ones we had in room were not clean

We stayed in this hotel one night. Overall experience was positive The hotel is located on Kiel's ”flordo” in a strategic position for those who have to take off for cruises (10 minutes walk from the terminal), it is also near the railway station and buses. The hotel has a private parking. Standard, clean and discreetly soundproofed rooms. nice staff. Excellent quality price ratio. Absolutely recommended.

It is very convenient. There are several bus lines and supermarkets and restaurants around. The hotel room is very soundproof and the room size is suitable. It is not small in Germany. The only dissatisfaction is that the shower room is too small, but the shower water is sufficient. The water temperature is very good.

It's really dirty here in parts. I was here for a few days, then it took a break and then I came back. The urine stains were still on the toilet when I came back. When I wanted to complain, they were gone. BUT the fluff that I placed specifically so that it would catch your eye (large) has been on the floor for over a week. Ugh! There's also dirt on the toilet door. What bothers me most is that it's so loud here. You can't get any peace and quiet in this hotel. The doors slam shut very loudly. The staff talk very loudly in the courtyard. And tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. it will be really loud. The clinking of dishes like in a commercial kitchen. Tables and chairs are going crazy and you can hear the squeaking everywhere. I haven't been able to sleep in once. I'm totally irritable. The noise here is really terrible. And the WiFi keeps breaking. There's no love in the work here. Everything seems very cold... even though the staff are very nice. In case of emergency before you end up on the street, OK, but I wouldn't do it again voluntarily. Oh yes, and the showers were very rarely cleaned. I'm disappointed.

A very new, modern hotel directly opposite of Kiel's main train station, and therefore also close to the Scandinavian ferries. My room was spotless, with a nice minibar and coffee machine. It was also quiet (facing the courtyard/ city). Good breakfast, though the seating was a bit... well, not cramped, but I would have appreciated more small tables for 1-2 persons. Overall a very good and relaxing experience, still.
