Excellent
We stayed at the country house on the way to Spain so that we could see Eltz Castle in the morning. We received a nice welcome and a friendly, rustic room with plenty of space. The country house is on the outskirts of town, had plenty of parking spaces and a restaurant with an outdoor area that also serves breakfast. However, due to our early departure, we did not choose this option. Otherwise, there were no points of criticism: the room, bed and bathroom were perfect. The balcony from the hallway also has a nice view of the surrounding area. Conclusion: Good value for money considering the location - we would come back anytime.

GGuest UserI choose Hotel Emmerich for a one-night stopover on a long solo road journey from the UK to Italy. A fairly random choice that happened to be close to the A61. Booking was straightforward, the price was very fair and they called me on the day to give me a key box code (due to late arrival). I got a parking slot right outside and let myself in. Nice room, simply furnished. Black-out shutters made for a good night's sleep. Good breakfast from 7 am and by 07:30 I was gone! I clearly missed a lot that the Moselle valley has to offer, but as a short stopover this was a clean, comfortable, hassle-free and very well priced option.

GGuest UserSpent one night and that was probably one night too many. The person who checked us in was polite as previous guests have stated but the hotel (if you want to call it that) is something in it current condition should be avoided. The problem with the area is that there are few hotels that are a). Available, b). reasonably priced for what you will get. We took a chance and did not expect much, but got even less. Problems. 1. Run down. The decor got stuck in the mid 80s. It just looks like my grandmothers attic. 2. Dark stairwell which you will have to haul your stuff up at least two or three flights of stairs. 3. Had no warm water for a morning shower 4. Breakfast is Spartan (dry brotchen, a plate of salami and ham, some cheese, strong coffee and juice. We made due but probably one of the least sumptuous breakfast we have had in a while 5. There is construction going on in the establishment and it starts around 7:30am / 8:00 am. 6. Bedroom furniture had kid stickers on it. Like it was purchased in an estate sale and they did not bother to take the kids who grew up in the bed stickers off 7. Hangers in the shrank were as if they got them from C&A and Kaufland or other department store off of some clothes they bought in 1982. 8. The towels were like sand paper. They had been lined dried but like for 10 years. Not something you would want to rub across your skin. 9. Walls were thin. The one good note is that the bed was comfortable. Honestly, I think the price point should have been half of what we paid. I wish the owner well, hope he fixes the things that need fixing. It has a great location but if I were to stay again, he would have to pay me.

GGuest UserNice hotel for two nights ! Parking before the door when there is room and a nice room with toilet and shower. ( think about the step out) . Good spacious breakfast and good beds. Friendly staff, paying glad cash. We had booked for 3 people but came with 2 people and this was also reported at check-in, and thus ( of course) received a 2-person room. Only when check-out was paid for 3 people . Sorry.

Super top Hotel. Vom Empfangsbereich bis zur Bar mir eisgekühlten Getränken in der opulent gestalteten Lodgia alles perfekt. Zimmer mehr als großzügig gestaltet, vor allem eine Dusche, welche von der Größe Ihres gleichen sucht. Besonders hervorzuheben, der Manager, der mit seiner freundlichen sympathischen Umgangsform einem direkt das Gefühl gibt willkommen zu sein.
