We stayed for one night on our way down to Southern Germany and it was a great experience. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold items and very good coffee ( always a good sign). The staff were very helpful and spoke English. We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant which was very good value. The room decor is a bit dated but they are very clean. Overall this was excellent value for the very reasonable price we paid. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is super to relax, work and start strengthened in the new day. Whoever likes something more action is probably centrally better lifted. However, what I very much liked at this hotel was just this quiet. It's got something to sleep with open window. The bed and breakfast next morning was wonderful too. Conclude: Thanks again!

Wir waren für 3 Tage in dem Haus, da wir die Familie besucht haben. In dieses Haus werden wir keinesfalls mehr einkehren: Der Service in dem Haus ist eine Katastrophe! Beim Frühstück kommt es zu chaotischen Verhältnissen: - Tische werden nicht abgeräumt und neu eingedeckt - Aufschnitt, Brötchen etc. werden höchstens auf Nachfrage nachgelegt - Geschirr und Gläser sind Mangelware - das offensichtlich junge Personal ist absolut überfordert - der SPA-Bereich verdient den Namen in keinster Weise (kalt, ungemütlich, Dampfsaune defekt, Whirlpool defekt, diverse Düsen im Pool vorhanden aber defekt) - das Zimmer ist nicht wirklich sauber, im Bad alles voll Kalk, Spinnweben etc... - bei vollem Haus ist die Parkplatzsituation schlecht Als Positiv können wir das Abendessen am ersten Abend erwähnen, dass war in der Tat lecker. Allerdings war es das dann auch schon. Wie schon geschrieben, wir kommen nicht wieder. Schade, da es sich um ein 4-Sterne-Superior-Haus handelt. Die Sterne stammen aus der Zeit der Eröffnung (2004), seither geht es offensichtlich nur bergab, Investitionen sind augenscheinlich keine mehr erfolgt.

The restaurant was closed for hotel guests on the day of arrival, and it was not possible to order a beer, because there was a wedding party. It took up until 1:30 p.m. and was celebrated outside under my window. A bathroom was swept and swept. On Sunday the kitchen was turned at 7:10 p.m. This was also, of course, in front of my window. (The next two days at 6:10.) Because of this disability, I wanted to leave the hotel but the staff have no powers and ”the boss” I couldn't speak during my stay despite commitments. No response to email messages was received. The hotel is a little out of the service, but it is not a good idea to do it, for example, a toilet cover with the lake disappeared is unacceptable from the point of view of hygiene. The smell in the staircase has been reported earlier.
