Very nice reception, located in very quiet location in the beautiful town district of Poppelsdorf. Near the green for a relaxing walk, at the same time in 9 minutes with the bus at the train station. I booked this hotel to attend a performance at the opera house, which is very close to it. The hotel is located between the city centre and the Rhine (not far from Kennedy Bridge). The hotel can be reached by a 10-15 minutes ' walk or a short tram ride from the railway station. There is also a car park. The room, on the 7th floor, was cozy, but very functional and clean. With three elevators you don't have to wait. There's a 24h bar and a good breakfast buffet is available from 6 to 10. Check in and check out are quick and not complicated. You can check in and pay online in advance to save time. The staff at the reception is very friendly. I will book again here next time I'm attending the opera.

This hotel is very well located in central Bonn less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station. It's very small and the standard rooms are pretty basic. Not a lot of room to move around or to put your stuff. They advertise a fridge available in the room but ours was switched off. When we asked member of staff said they aren't working anymore. Breakfast was good and worth the 8 Euro per person charge. It's a good value Hotel, we paid a very good rate, but it's definitely no frills.

Nice hotel a short walk/bus ride from the city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms that have been refurbished in recent years. Typical buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Only minor issue is the hotel restaurant and bar remains closed, however there are plenty options locally.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the Kameha Grand in Bonn. The location is great for walking and cycling and about 15 mins drive from the centre of Bonn on the other sider of the river. Lots of very safe cycle paths everywhere. Our junior suite was large and very comfortable. Strangely, the mini-bar was empty, but I did not find out why. The styling would not be to everyones taste, but I certainly liked it and the hotel is flooded with light. Breakfast was very good with the usual offerings. We made use of the swimming pool on the 3rd floor in the spa, which was heated and overlooks the Rhine. We found the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. We used Uber to get around Bonn, although the service only recently came to Bonn and the service was a bit patchy. Be prepared to wait for longer than you would in bigger cities such as Berlin. We did not try any of the restaurants at the Kameha as we were only there for a short while. If anyone needs a recommendation, try Oscar in der Remise, about 8 minutes away by car. For travellers to Germany, bring cash as the country is still behind the times and a bit analogue. The lovely Rheinlust beer garden about 10mins drive away does not accept any form of credit cards. Some taxi drivers also struggled with electronic payment. Looking forward to returning to the Kameha

Great classy hotel. Wide and spacious parking. Great location. I stayed many months in the hotel for work. I liked everything. Disadvantage was that often I was getting a room not suitable for a long-stay customers. I changed my room several times due to it was inconvenient in case you stay months long. Otherwise good place to stay.

The room is comfortable and bright, with a dining table, chairs, sofas, washing table stoves, and tableware. There are two big supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient for us to cook and eat by ourselves. The outdoors are very quiet, the locals who meet are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a bus directly to Bonn Central Railway Station outside the hotel. Very smooth. In addition, the hotel is self-service. I saw the health staff. The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfortable.
