This is the first time I am willing to give a five-star review without hesitation. The store not only has a good environment and a new building, it is located in the courtyard of a villa, with convenient parking, spacious rooms, complete facilities, well-organized layout, and cleanliness. The main reason is that the owner is attentive to the service, and the service is warm and thoughtful, and he welcomes you with a smile. In addition to picking up and dropping off the airport on time, he also enthusiastically picks up and drop off guests when they request to go to a nearby town to eat or play. Breakfast is also provided in the morning. All the food is made by them, which is hygienic, reliable and safe to eat. There are some small automated facilities in the room, as well as a drinking water filter. The owner said that this will prevent long-term guests from becoming acclimated to the water. When guests ask for service to say thank you, they always say ”you're welcome, this is what we should do”! Impressive. Personally, I think it's a good choice and affordable place to stay. And it's very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. I will definitely stay here again next time I have a chance to go to Yinchuan.

The first time I came to this place for a business trip, I originally stayed for one night, but later found it was not bad, so I stayed for two days! I think it's worth staying there on weekends. The lobby bar said there are activities from Friday to Sunday nights.
Environment: The location is first-rate. The only pity is that when we went there, the sky was not good and it was rainy and we couldn't see the Helan Mountains.
Service: I can only say that the service staff is uneven overall. The best service is breakfast and the lobby bar at Jianshan.
Hygiene: The scale in the kettle is still serious, and the rest is within the normal range.
Hotel activities: You can go to their farm to feed the small animals. Due to the weather and because I was afraid of the strong smell, I didn't go. Later I regretted it a little.
Stargazing experience for two people: I didn't experience it because it rained. It is said that there is an indoor simulation of stargazing. If you bring children, you can participate.
Welcome fruit :Apples are very sweet
Let me talk about what made me uncomfortable
1. I suggest that the hotel can add emergency vehicles. My husband had abdominal pain in the middle of the night. We tried to take a taxi for half an hour but couldn't get one. I wanted to ask if the hotel could arrange a car to take him to the hospital. I was told that they could only help book a taxi that cooperates with the hotel. However, because it was estimated that there would be no orders in the middle of the night, the final suggestion to me was to call 120
Although I drove by myself, it was a bit rainy at the time. It was nearly 30 kilometers from the hotel to the nearest hospital. There was a section of the rural road outside the hotel that was muddy and stone and had no street lights. I didn't consider driving at the first time because I was afraid of making mistakes in the chaos and I was not familiar with the road conditions. It took me about an hour to drive to the hospital
2. I broke a cup when I was washing it I left a teacup lid and told the hotel to arrange for someone to clean it up. The guy who came in took photos right away, then asked me where the rest of the cup was, and continued taking photos. After a series of times, he finally cleaned up the broken pieces. No one asked me if I was injured. When I checked out, I asked for compensation. The hotel told me that they wanted to compensate for the whole set, which normally costs 298. They just gave me the purchase price of 98. I searched Taobao for the approximate price of this cup before. As long as the compensation is not outrageous, I think it is acceptable. However, the price difference is close to 70. I said I could pay 98, but the hotel needed to show me a compensation certificate and a price composition. Public notice, I guess the lady at the front desk thought I was being unreasonable and said no, because I went back to the hotel to pack up and check out, my husband was still in the hospital, so I chose to leave first. Afterwards, I bought the same tea cup on Taobao and sent it to the hotel, please check it.
3. The hotel advertises that it has its own winery, and there is a lounge in the lobby. I wanted to buy two to drink in the evening. I saw that I could taste it. At that time, the staff at the lounge asked me three times if I was sure I wanted to buy it. I understand that as a business, I am afraid that the guests will be wasted, but I think I can change the words to make people feel more comfortable. When I settled the bill, I said to put it in the room, but I was told that it was not possible. I was given a QR code to transfer to a private WeChat account.

The hotel has lake-view rooms. In summer, you can watch the sunset over Helan Mountain. Under the glow of the setting sun, the shape of Helan Mountain presents the image of a reclining Buddha, wrapped in a layer of golden light, showing that the reclining Buddha is facing the sky with prominent "eyebrows" and "nose bridge", and slightly closed "lips", as if it were an old man lying peacefully asleep. In winter, when snowflakes are falling thick and fast on Helan Mountain, it becomes a world clad in white, creating a beautiful and dreamy scene. From the window, you can enjoy the beautiful view of "Helan Qingxue" (Snowy Helan). When night falls, through the window, you can feel that the lake becomes calm and mysterious, and the moonlight of thousands of household lights reflects on the lake, creating a dreamy glow.
On the east side of the hotel are our city-view rooms. In the morning, looking at the sunrise through the window, an infinite sense of emotion wells up in your heart.
