這個酒店在縣城算是數一數二的，裝修很新，床墊枕頭都配的夢百合，很舒適。每個月都來出差，住過很多次，但是服務真的不好，今天氣的我連夜寫差評。有一次定的房型不是記憶枕頭，我就聯繫前台換枕頭，結果他們溝通了一下直接給我換房間了，客房阿姨來説“我快速跑過來就是怕你坐床，要換房間為什麼還坐床上，都有褶皺了，我不換下一個客人會投訴有人睡過”，我懶得搭理她直接走了。第二次一夜沒睡，窗户對着工廠，裏面有衹看門的**叫了一夜，週末早上七點樓上裝修電鑽響。後來訂房的時候我特意備註了不要朝工廠方向的房間，結果辦入住的時候説衹有這個方向的房間，其他客滿了，所以備註喜好有什麼用呢。關於樓上裝修的問題回覆是“不怪我們，我們不是一家的，管不了”，你一個酒店，保證不了安靜的休息環境，不怪你怪誰？今天更是離譜，放個聊天記錄吧，都把我氣笑了🤣就這服務，你硬件配勞斯萊斯也白扯，浪費！
