房間本身 很不錯 房間面積大 設施比較新 下水道返味兒嚴重 房間裏牀頭櫃 電視機 都有一層灰 不知道是不是空房太久沒有打掃的原因 不得不吐槽服務 現在的鈞華 真的和當年的藍海御華比不了 不在一個層面 不知道是不是藍海集團資金鍊的問題 還是聊城店承包了 總之 整體下滑嚴重 首先從前台的粧容看 着裝普通 像是飯店領班的標準 入住之前的一天 夜裡給前台打電話 也是無人接聽 就很奇怪 與前台工作人員在電梯相遇 人家也是毫無表情大踏步向前走 但是總體還是説得過去的 有求必應 讓我大跌眼鏡的是自助餐早點 早七點開始 我們不到八點到的餐廳 除了主食 其他的菜品 基本都沒了 我和那個年紀大的服務員説菜沒了 人家絲毫沒有不好意思 波瀾不驚的看了我一眼 向後廚喊一聲“*師傅 上菜”等了半天 來個土豆絲😇 主食台那裡 一小根油條 我拿走了 師傅又拿上來三根 就是那種啊山東的小油條 我接豆漿沒有了 和服務員説沒有了 於是還是這個年紀大巨**的服務員大姐 把豆漿壺都快倒過來了 給我接了一碗涼透的豆漿 你就説奇葩不奇葩 真跟白吃你家飯一樣 總之 整體感覺就是“扣扣搜搜” “小氣吧啦”太小氣了 與酒店定位相差甚遠 嚴重影響公司形象 你看看哪個酒店自助餐能這樣 住了無數個酒店 第一回見 新鮮 建議酒店整改吧 提升整體的服務意識 事關重要

我坐火車早上5:30到聊城，本想存個行李先遊玩，下午再找酒店不遲，結果沒有存包的地方，衹能先找酒店，酒店外觀比較高檔，但大堂有點灰暗，大概是早上人少，節約用電吧。6:30到的酒店，説是7:00才能開房，後來另外一個姐姐給提前開了客房，非常感謝，省得我在大堂坐等半小時。網上説客房可以看到東昌湖及摩天輪，的確可以看到，衹是離得遠，又隔層玻璃，看得不太清楚。下午回酒店，客房在修理，想馬上洗澡還不方便，最後換了大床房。客房不太大，但一個人住還是可以的，房間裏還有個柱子，還採用鏡子做表面裝飾。客房中心還送了水果，並要求抄寫好評，服務的確不錯，我也按服務員要求抄寫了。早餐很豐富，達到4星水平。有一對客人用餐隨意，將牙簽都拿到餐桌上了，服務員也不好説什麼，等客人走後，又將牙簽一根根撿回盒內。
