An old four-star hotel with complete facilities and decent facilities, it obviously has the unique characteristics of a four-star hotel in the 1990s. It is close to the main entrance of Lanzhou University and convenient for travel. The check-in experience is not much different from what I imagined, with obvious advantages and shortcomings that are basically expected. 1. The service attitude of the employees is very ”standardized and decent”, and the overall experience is still good, but the system or traditional service concept restricts the customer experience. When you go back to the hotel lobby and ask for mineral water, the room attendant must deliver it to the room. What I can't understand is that if you are thirsty at the front desk and want to drink water, you need to go back to the room. The guest room is also limited to 2 bottles of drinking water per day, and they specifically say that they can't give it anymore. It's speechless. A bottle of water costs 1 yuan. It is estimated that families like us who send children to school will bring all the accommodation by ourselves, and the room towel washing fee and disposable items will save more than a few bottles of water every day. What is the current hotel like? I don't understand that with a room rate of 300+, four-star hotels still control water use. 2. The room glass window is a single-layer sliding window, and there is no screen window. It is not friendly to me, a patient with rhinitis. I sneeze when the central air conditioner is turned on, and the window is full of mosquitoes. I have to fight mosquitoes all night. 3. It feels like an old four-star hotel. Many room settings and configurations are still based on the star rating standards, but what customers really need now is actually just a few things. The most important things are slippers/toothbrush. They must be of high quality. Fortunately, I had a hunch and brought disposable slippers and toothbrushes in advance. The quality of these two items selected by the hotel is really disappointing. The towels and bath towels are of good quality. But I have brought them, but I haven't used them. I would like to praise them. 4. Many facilities are aging or not well maintained. The clothesline in the bathroom cannot be pulled out, which is very embarrassing; I want to hang the washed clothes on the shower curtain rod, but it is all covered with dust after wiping; the faucet/toilet is full of historical sense, which is very unreasonable. If the renovation investment is too large, it should be okay to change the faucet and toilet. This does not require basic changes. A few suggestions. I am not being picky. I sincerely hope that the old star-rated hotels can learn new management concepts, catch up, and create glory again.

As a Lanzhou native who settled in Chengdu, I must have passed by Jinlun Hotel thousands of times since I was a child! I didn't expect that I would stay there when I grew up. It feels so wonderful. At first, I thought that after so many years, the facilities would be old? It should have been renovated a few years ago, and the maintenance is really good. The room is soundproof, the corridor is carpeted, and the central air-conditioning outlet is not facing people. Great details! This time I went back to Lanzhou for five days and stayed at Jinlun Hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is recommended to add a screen window. After all, there are a lot of mosquitoes. In addition, can the parking fee be reduced or exempted for guests? I hope it will get better and better!

Ningwozhuang is an oasis in the downtown, garden-style hotel. In the few days of traveling in Lanzhou, I feel that the hardware and software of the hotel are excellent and the comfort is very good. Especially bottled mineral water is provided. You can take it in the corridor on the floor. The homemade yogurt sent every day is very delicious. The production of the middle hall in Building 1 is good, and I like to eat a few meals with mutton and lily ginseng fruit. Traveling is also convenient, you can make an appointment for a taxi in a minute or two. In short, this is a very satisfying experience of staying in the store and it is recommended.

青甘大環線回來後休整一天選擇了寧卧莊，酒店服務特別好，不愧是老牌國賓館，入住當天服務員幫忙拿行李箱送到樓上放間，晚上有一大盤水果，兩個桃子一個特別大的蘋果，還有好多聖女果，兩個酒店自製的精緻的瓷罐酸奶，衞生各方面絕對放心，雖然裝修是老式的，但是屋裡空氣很好，沒有一點異味，實木地板，床品也很舒服，因為蘭州乾燥，房間備有六瓶冰泉水，還貼心的在床頭也放了一瓶，提醒多喝水，酒店是園林式賓館，適合休閑散步，早餐特別豐富，還有牛肉麪和各種甜點，水果蔬菜一看就很新鮮，連白米粥的口感都很好，主要價格不貴，聽説酒店經常有活動房間不好定，很幸運入住了寧卧莊賓館，有機會去蘭州這裏一定是不二選擇。

DiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

The hotel is on the edge of the Yellow River, and the airport bus stop is nearby. It is about 2 kilometers away from the subway station, and it is very convenient to ride in Lanzhou. In order to run the marathon, the Olympic Sports Center is on the other side of the river. It takes about half an hour to walk. The distance is not close, but there will be no traffic jams when traveling.

The hotel is next to the Yellow River, with great scenery. You can visit the Yellow River, Zhongshan Iron Bridge and other attractions within walking distance, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is also good, the rooms are clean and large, the service staff are very enthusiastic, and the price-performance ratio is high!

The hotel is clean and tidy, parking is available at the door, and the front desk staff is polite and patient. It is a little far from the attractions and has to take a taxi. I didn't expect that the banks of the Yellow River can also be shaded by willows. The surrounding area is a community, there are restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to eat. The next day we arrived, the hotel received the teacher training in their province, so that the breakfast was not enough the next day, but the service staff was very intimate, saying that it would be supplemented, so that the later guests would eat first, and there were guests who could not operate the coffee machine. The staff would also help. Later, breakfast was added one after another. In such an economic environment, it is not easy for everyone. I hope that we can give the service industry more understanding and tolerance.

因為蘭馬自己早早的就預訂了這家老牌四星酒店，離蘭馬起點就3公里多點很方便，比賽當天騎車或者跑步過去都很便捷，早上還可以多睡一會兒，酒店的設施相對老舊，但是進到屋裡給人的感覺就是乾淨整潔，特別是還專門為我們遠道而來的跑馬人準備了暖心歡迎套餐（一個精緻水果盤、兩個牛奶、兩個酸奶、兩瓶礦泉水，還有一個專門給跑者的歡迎提示牌）。自己出門倉促沒帶刮鬍刀，一個電話到前台，不消片刻服務人員就送到房間了。對了，早上還有專門的跑者早餐，可惜我自己吃的泡麪。體驗確實很棒。下次再來蘭馬這裏就是定點酒店了！感謝酒店方面提供的貼心服務，太用心了！

I came here on a business trip. I saw this hotel as soon as I got off the bus. It is located in a prime location on the main traffic road. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service is very good. Because it was my first time here, the lady patiently answered many of my questions. The breakfast tasted very good, too, with Lanzhou beef noodles ~ a very good hotel, I will come again next time!
