The receptionist in the lobby was a handsome Uyghur guy who took us to the front desk enthusiastically. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

第一次住亞朵很驚喜，還沒到酒店前台就提前詢問我們對房間喜好，提前給安排房間。可能晝夜温差原因加上又開了一天的車身體不是很舒服臉色不太好辦理入住時前台看見就問是不是太累了身體不舒服暖心的提醒早晚温差大及時添加衣物，照顧好自己。入住後不久前台經理就送來了一碗白粥跟小菜，讓我暖暖胃，可能會舒服很多。真的很感動，沒想到一人在外還能有這樣的關心。
