I am very satisfied with my first stay. The location is in the New Government Affairs District. You can see the Swan Lake. There are many shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. Kelly at the front desk is very friendly and the room is very clean. Next time I come to Hefei, I will choose Somerset.

Such a nice place to go for weekend relaxation. We love the infinity pool and the cleanliness of the entire area. The food is good; if you want barbecue, be sure to order in advance or, better yet, bring your own meat. Unfortunately, we ordered, we waited, and then, after more than 30 minutes, they told us it wasn't available anymore. Also, it's so hard to take a taxi or Didi from there; we've asked the receptionist to help us, but she said they couldn't. We hope the receptionist can be more accommodating and helpful. Anyway,after an hour of waiting, we've got our own taxi without their help. But overall, we like staying there, and we will definitely come back for the infinity pool and nature.

I stayed at this hotel for the third time. I arranged a room with a heavy humidity on the back sun, especially the bathroom smelled very big. I wanted to clean it up and smell it, but because we stayed late, we tossed it for more than 10 o'clock. The aunt has no way to remove the smell (just sprayed some toilet cleaner), and finally communicated with the front desk to change our room (upgraded the room type). In general, the hotel service attitude and location are good, but the hardware facilities are relatively old.

The stay was very comfortable. The child stayed in the entrance examination for three days, and there was not enough mineral water to drink, and a free bottle was given. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also good. Many books can be placed on the windowsill of the large bay window. It is a six-minute walk from the Forty-Six Central South District and a little distance from the crossroads. It is very quiet. My kids say they are more comfortable than living at home for exams.

We booked a special room. This price should be the best value for money in the center of Hefei. I thought it should be similar to Hanting and slightly worse than Four Seasons. After checking in, I found that except for the lack of windows, everything else was good, beyond my expectations. The faucet was powerful, the water was big, the shower was comfortable, the air conditioning was OK, and the girls at the front desk also served with a smile. The only shortcoming was that there was too little meat in the breakfast. For a carnivore like me, there was no pure meat, which was really difficult to solve. At least some sausages would be fine. If I remember correctly, there were only fried eggs for meat dishes. Oh,

I made a reservation after calling the front desk of the hotel. After the check-in experience, I deserved it. I read the hotel's reviews before I came here. I can honestly say that the service hardware and supporting facilities of this garden are still very good. Unlike what some people said, I If you think it needs to be corrected, don’t spray it if you don’t like it! I travel all year round, and most of them are booked by the company; the reception service at the front desk exceeded my expectations, and the managers and receptionists are very polite, efficient and courteous; I encountered problems when operating the laundry room on the third floor A girl in the hotel's sales department is very professional. It can be seen that the hotel's services are comprehensive and consistent. The breakfast is rich. There is a girl wearing glasses who is very enthusiastic and impressed me deeply. The room has a good view, quiet, and the external environment is very clean. The traffic is also very convenient, take a taxi to South Railway Station for 7 minutes, and the green light all the way. All in all, a very good experience...the first choice for coming to Hefei later. I also wish the hotel will continue to maintain, you have worked hard!

I came to Hefei on a business trip and accidentally chose this hotel. The result was very pleasant. The room was upgraded, very large and very clean. The front desk lady was really enthusiastic and gave fruit. There are really not many hotels with such a high price/performance ratio. I will stay at this hotel in Hefei in the future!

GGuest UserIn order to watch VAC, the hotel is just opposite Luogang Park, which is very convenient to walk to. There are many places to visit and eat. The hotel is very new, and all the facilities are very new. It is quite satisfactory for watching performances, but the surrounding area has not been developed yet, there are no other shops, and takeaways are far away.
Check-in was very fast, at most 1 minute, and the front desk lady thoughtfully prepared souvenirs, a small bag of fruit and a box of macarons. The next morning, I caught the high-speed rail and had breakfast at the hotel. There were not many styles, but they were few and fine. The noodles were added by myself, and the beef was very solid.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would come again if I had a chance!

CChrisA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

VVohraThere was consistent drilling noise the two days I stayed in the hotel. I would urge the hotel to employ people who can converse at least a little bit in English. I tried to communicate but was very difficult. They were nice people and at the end they apologized but again it would be nice for them to know some English so foreigners could find it easy to communicate their concerns.

NNoNoWent there to spend some additional quarantine before I was allowed to visit some business partners.
Got a mostly quite room which was clean due to everyday cleaning. The room was spacy and the toilet modern. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient. Also got some free water every day. Large shower. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It's near some shopping centers and restaurants so you don't have to walk long distances. Some of the staff can even speak a good English and they help you with a lot of things. You can wash your clothes for free. The internet is fast and mostly stable.
The only thing that bothered a bit was the strong smell of smoke from cigarettes of other residents although smoking is forbidden. But I guess the hotel can't do much against rude behaviour.
Will go there again 👍

She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

RRob72I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.
