第一次來這出差，很晚辦理了入住，非常幸運，遇見了值班經理小東經理，非常有耐心的做了指引，因為拿的行李比較多，都幫忙送到了房間，介紹了這裏餐廳温泉玩的的地方，經常多年外地出差，很少遇見這麼專業的工作人員了，服務態度真的很棒，房間裝修的感覺新中式舒適温馨，真不錯，下次一定來。

I am a very lazy person who evaluates businesses. Unless they are very good or bad, I want to praise Fuan Hotel today. The owner of this hotel must be a very careful person. It can be seen that the service provided is comparable to a star-rated hotel, and it can warm you everywhere. I don’t know about other rooms. Every time we book a parent-child room, there will be a small pillow for the baby. This is very warm, otherwise every time we Different hotels have to fold clothes for children and slippers for babies. Every afternoon, there will always be hot tea and several kinds of fruits at the front desk door. The breakfast in the morning is even richer and delicious! We forgot the charger in the room when we left, and the lady at the front desk called me immediately and asked me if I wanted to mail it for me or pick it up by myself. Later, it was inconvenient to go back, so I asked the lady to mail it for me and see if I could send it back. The charger is warmly packed into a delicate little bag, which is really comfortable. Thank you. It was raining heavily this time at the safari park. Hope you are getting better and better and business is booming🙏🏻

Environment: The hotel is suitable for running and walking, and there are fewer entertainment facilities. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, but the details are not in place. Facilities: relatively complete, but there are still some omissions. Service: OK, call can be quickly responded. 🌸 Insufficient: Check in at around 3 pm, there is a large ashtray and cigarette butts on the balcony that have not been cleaned. There are also disposable underwear that have not been collected. There is no electricity in the electronic scale in the room. The carpet room was not cleaned up. The waiter's business of cleaning the room is not very skilled. The executive bar snacks are sometimes not filled in time. 🌸 Praise: The service front desk reflects the problem and responds very quickly. The hotel is also relatively quiet. The hot springs are unlimited and you can relax. Overall, there is a square not far from eating around.

I have stayed at the hotel many times, the hotel is in a good location, there are many places to eat downstairs, there is a parking lot, parking is very convenient. The front desk service is warm and there is freshly ground coffee. The room was clean, the area was large, the bath water pressure was large, the water temperature was comfortable, and the living was very comfortable. Very good value for money, recommended to stay!

I book here because it close to Daxing Airport & we arrive here at 1am. But at noon we find it quite far from Beijing & nothing interesting to mingle around. Since we have short time before back to Malaysia, we decide to check out early & move to Beijing. The staff is very friendly & helpful. He patiently tried to help us because we have language barrier 😅. The room is big enough for that price & ‘smart’.

I have never reviewed a hotel before, but I must praise it this time. I am really shocked to have such service and room size at this price. I took my kids to play in Kitano and searched for nearby hotels. The price was less than 300 for the whole season. I thought it would be average. It turned out that everything was in place and the breakfast was very good. It only takes 13 minutes to drive to Kitano. I will stay here again next time I come to Kitano. here!

The staff in the hotel have a very good service attitude and the hotel room is very clean. There is no smell in the bedding room. Ordering takeaway delivery is quite interesting with a small robot. We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
