The room is still very luxurious. The lake view room is really good. The balcony is also very good. The only downside is that the room is affected by the high temperature some time ago and the temperature is higher. I hope the hotel is getting better and better!

酒店建在半山腰上，正好跟黃石東方山對着，風景沒話説，去的兩天天氣很好，詢問了主理人喂喂的建議，訂了穿谷房型，有個超大露台，坐在房間陽台上風吹的很愜意，下山用餐的話，如果帶了長者小孩還是建議開車出行，上山下山還是有點累的，年輕人可以一路走走玩玩，村裡的木溪咖啡可以打卡，環境比較小資，甜品不錯哦，可惜的是沒有碰上岳石洪村市集，下次來一定好好感受一下#早餐提點意見，早餐太一般了，不豐富

沒有熱水。打電話給前台説什麼循環系統啥的，要先放十分鐘。但是放了十分鐘水還是衹有涼的。 第二天早上説是送飯，結果忘了。 給我拿了兩份熱乾麪進來，我的早餐費就衹有兩碗熱乾麪嗎，最可氣的是裏面還有鋼絲球。。。。

環境很好，餐飲不錯，下次來此會考慮繼續選擇，希望鄂州機場發展的越來越好，服務繼續提升，選擇更多樣啊啊啊

But the overall management ability of the hotel is too poor: 1. The front desk of the hotel often does not answer the phone, and the attitude of answering the phone is relatively blunt. When facing the guests, it is habitual to say ”no” and ”no”; 2. The cleaning staff speaks loudly in the hotel corridor. The whole hotel shows the feeling of first-class hardware facilities and poor management ability. It is recommended to go to excellent hotels to learn more.

Wow, it was so cool to stay at the Crowne Plaza Ezhou this time. I was lucky to catch the first day of the hotel's opening. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt like a VIP. The hotel staff were super enthusiastic, as if I was a super star! The room was amazing, big and spacious, and the bed was as soft as a cloud. I almost floated up! Moreover, the shower head in the bathroom had a super strong water flow, which felt like it could wash away all the fatigue on my body. The bathroom toiletries were all international brands. The hotel facilities are also very good! There are so many equipment in the gym that I am dazzled. I don’t know where to start exercising. And the swimming pool is crystal clear with a starry sky ceiling. I really want to jump in and swim happily! However, what makes me happy the most is the hotel’s food. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is so good that I almost swallowed my tongue. I also tried their special desserts, which is simply a sweet paradise! In short, this stay experience is simply great! I don’t even want to go home, haha! However, I still have to thank the hotel staff for giving me such a pleasant stay experience. Next time I have a chance, I will come again! 🤩
