The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The service is mainly warm and thoughtful. I would like to thank the welcoming attendant at the door for helping me get things to the door of the room, the front desk attendant for patiently answering my questions, service staff No. 777 and No. 116, and all the service staff I met. During the trip to Dandong, I chose this hotel in Moon Island. It is an old brand with outdated facilities, but it has everything you need. There is also a river view for breakfast. It is not far from the scenic spot. There is a night market in Dandong during the May Day holiday , just two minutes away from the hotel, I live in a river view room, and I can see North Korea across the way. The people of Dandong are very warm and hospitable, which left a deep impression on me.

The location is in the center, convenient to everywhere. There is a free parking lot opposite. The room is of the same quality as usual, with rich Chinese and Western breakfast. Free drinking mineral water. The front desk staff is enthusiastic. There are washing machines and dryers. The only drawback is that there is no coffee in the lobby like other Holiday Inns, and there is no instant coffee in the room.

The room is great. The river view room faces Moon Island, and 🇰🇵 is just beyond it. The view is great. Call ahead to communicate your check-in preferences and reserve a room with a good view. At the same time, I would like to thank the handsome concierge Yu Huiqiang for communicating in advance to help collect express and items. The ginkgo trees outside the gate are already slightly yellow, and autumn in the north is approaching; the breakfast is OK, it is a 5-minute walk from Dandong Station, and it takes less than ten minutes to ride a bicycle to the Yalu River. 作為丹東號稱最好的酒店，一進門最直觀的感受就是:小家子氣和吃相難看。 1，首先，前台服務非常不專業讓人體驗很不舒服。前台某位白班女客服説話聲音雖然温柔，但接待語氣話裏話外都很盛氣凌人，帶着類似某些櫃姐的傲慢，讓人覺得非常厭惡。酒店本是慕名而來，但遇到首先碰到這樣的接待人員，立馬對這家酒店有些大失所望。 説其中幾件小事: 1.因為這家酒店在攜程上衹有江景大床房標註了預訂後可取消，其他都是不可取消，因怕行程有變，故衹能預訂了江景大床房。結果提前一天到達，因為當天沒有相同房型了，就訂了高一價位的房型。作為攜程金鑽雖然級別也不算高，但去其他酒店被升級房型是很普遍的事，尤其是高端酒店更是如此。因考慮到第二天需要再搬房有點麻煩，就跟前台商量，是否可以給升級個房間。在我看來這不就是一句話的事嗎，行就行，不行也無所謂，大不了我取消第二天的房子再續住第一天的房子不就完了。但讓人很不舒服的是前台白班某位女客服不但沒有給解決問題，還在詢問她的過程中顯示出了盛氣凌人的態度，感覺像是在乞討她一樣，給人的感覺就是我們是大酒店，想升級就得掏錢，住不起就別住！她聲音是很温柔的，但語氣卻十分咄咄逼人。最無法忍受的是你説一句話，她會全程在你説話的時候用她的話壓住你的話，就相當於我們兩個人同時在説話………中途我還特意停下來等她説完我再説，我認為聽人説完話是對人最起碼的尊重吧！結果我剛開始説，她就又開始説她的，我的言語再次被她的言語覆蓋…那我想請問這位女客服你這麼一直搶話説，試圖用你的言語蓋過客人言語的做法，那你還能聽到客人的需求嗎？你都不知道需求是什麼，你還談何提供服務呢？這是一名作為高端酒店前台接待人員應有的服務素質嗎？最重要，你要那麼愛搶話你倒是把我問的問題解答清楚也行啊，説的全是沒用的話，回答的內容也是含糊其辭，問了跟沒問一樣，説白了就是除了態度傲慢沒有其他解決問題的能力了，這樣的人放在前台，那我是不是可以理解為，傲慢的態度就是這家酒店為客户解決問題的武器呢？ 2.訂房顯示送下午茶，房間寫着兩人入住，兩份早餐，卻衹送一份下午茶（尤其裏面明確是衹有一杯飲品），往好了説這叫摳摳嗦嗦，但這更像是在引導消費。兩人同去，為了不讓另外一人出現眼巴巴看着的尷尬局面，就不得不再額外買一份，無論它是否好吃！其實對於去那邊旅遊的人這個下午茶本身就很雞肋，白天要出去玩，基本也不會為個下午茶再回酒店一趟，更何況都是又甜又膩的東西，你給我我也不一定有機會去，事實也確實是連住好幾天完全沒有去吃過！但你既然給了可又衹給一份的操作就顯得很膈應人，一點兒不符合東北豪爽的文化氛圍，説白了就是不接地氣。作為一家高端酒店這樣的設計未免顯得賺錢有些太着急了，吃相特別難看。 3.前台幹活也幹不明白，因為行程原因辦了續住，訂單裏明確有註明贈送延遲退房到下午2點的服務，長者去前台續房卡，前台也不詢問長者是否需要延遲服務，直接把卡設定成次日12點退房，因為第二天需要外出再返回取行李退房，所以續完房卡回到房間想起這事又特意致電前台詢問明明是有延遲退房服務，那這設定到12點是否第二天過了12點就開不了房門了？前台特別”理直氣壯”的回了一句，你到時出門或者什麼時候路過前台再刷一下就行，我就想請問哪那麼多”順便”啊？長者特意去前台就是為了續房卡，你時間續的不對就意味着第二天長者玩回來取行李如果過了12點就會因為打不開門還要拖着疲憊的身體再額外跑一趟前台續卡！！！真的不知道前台是故意為之還是工作疏忽，總之對此前台完全不認為是自己的問題且毫無歉意！ 4.酒店預訂界面關於酒店設施介紹也非常的不清楚，就比如關於尊享江景大床房和尊享温泉江景大床房的區別在哪呢？後者是能泡温泉嗎？設施介紹裏並沒有給出答案，但又因為前台的傲慢態度，真的不想再致電諮詢，導致預訂時非常迷茫，有種想花錢都不知道怎麼花的感覺。此外，家人詢問前台丹東有什麼推薦玩的地方，被告知沒什麼玩的！英雄的城市居然沒什麼能推薦的景點？！對此我認為酒店在管理上還是有很大問題的。 5.晚上去酒店餐廳吃飯，服務也極差，餐畢叫服務員結賬，被冷臉告知得自己去前台結賬，人均兩百多的餐廳要自己去前台買單也就算了，關鍵是自己走到前台結賬時，服務員又自己去到我們餐桌上核對菜和空盤，生怕我們多吃了哪個菜，那既然你要去核對菜又何必冷臉叫我來前台結賬呢？而且你自己上過哪個菜自己沒數嗎？這種結賬還要親自去餐桌上核對菜的操作真的是第一次見，更何況是出現在你這個價位的酒店餐廳裏，小家子氣展現的淋漓盡致，結合你家的人均菜價，衹想説一個字，絕！ 總之，就是每一件小事都很不順心，細枝末節的事但非常影響心情！想要成為高端酒店，基本的格局和管理還是要有的，並不是定高價就是高端酒店，客人服務和體驗如果跟不上，再高價格也衹是空有其表，長久不了。號稱丹東最好的酒店，慕名而來，最後感覺是此次整個東北之行中體驗最差的一家酒店，失望至極。

Good location from the river walkway to the broken bridge. Also a 15 minute taxi ride to the railway station made it very convenient. Best Western style and Chinese breakfast one could ask for as well as ongoing friendly service. The coffee could be better, but cannot compare it to a coffee shop. Spacious warm rooms made it the perfect place to rest and relax after a busy day (during winter). Will definitely be back if I return to Dandong
