"Realy cool hotel.Freshly renovated in 2022. 5 restaurants for all kind of tastes. A nice , cosy and big lounge with fire place. Close to ski lift Signal (500m) 10min by feet or one bus stop away. "

"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area."

"We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money."

"A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, takes you back in time to the grandeur of days gone by. We had a room with a view. The lake and the Alps, just beautiful! Loved sitting at the desk at the window looking out over the lake. A cool breeze blowing through the open windows. "

"It's very conveniently located near the station and the lake. There's no sidewalk leading to the entrance, so there's a steep slope where you have to walk alongside the car, which can be quite dangerous. The room was clean and tidy, with a window facing the lake. The bathroom had a heated towel rack and provided some disposable toiletries like conditioner, a shower cap, and soap (I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't unpack them, so I'm not sure if they included a toothbrush or toothpaste). The entire hotel had a wood-like smell, which I personally didn't like. The pictures were taken in the parking lot at the entrance."

"The room slightly smelled of fish for some reason, and no private toilet was there, even though it was promised (the door to somewhere was present, but closed). Otherwise ok for a hostel, breakfast was good,overall a bit noisy but suitable for a night."

Breakfast was a buffet included. They offered us scrambled eggs, which we accepted, and then suddenly the bill came for 12 Swiss francs. The problem wasn't paying, but rather that we were never informed that something as simple as an omelet would be charged. "The location is a bit far from the station, about 15 minutes walk, but the slope is very steep, it is recommended to take Taxi 5 minutes in front of the station. Very close to the shopping street, shopping and dining is very convenient."
