A nice, comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly, easy check-in. The onsite Moxies restaurant was convenient. The amenities, were decent as well. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern, with very high ceilings. There is really nothing that was negative.

Absolutely amazing customer service - the front desk staffs are always willing to accommodate what you need. Justin (Front Office Manager) and Lisa (General Manager) are the best team who will go above and beyond. The location is located right off the highway, close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.

This is a fine 3.5* hotel, with great service, solid complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, small but good fitness room, and attentive housekeeping. Parking is easy. There's lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby. For price paid, I would come back here again. You're 40 minutes to the heart of Vancouver but the cost differential is huge.

Went Super Bowl party few blocks away from this hotel, it’s perfect location for me to crash instead of driving back home late . Nice and quiet . My favourite about this … wonderful breakfast !

!!!BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!! This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The rating of this place is way out line and not a 3 star. The photos are super misleading and not what the representation of this gross place. Found bed bugs in our bed the next morning, the room smelt like **** and an old musky mold smell. Stay away from this gross hotel. My wife had bites all over her legs the next morning. I told the front desk attendant and all he said was sorry. No compensation for this disgusting place. Stay away. This place doesn’t deserve any stars. The manager was suppose to call me back but never did. He doesn’t call because he knows his hotel is disgusting. I asked for compensation but told the manager has to do it. They just don’t care. This place should be burnt to the ground. All they do for a response is “sorry we didn’t meet your expectations”. That doesn’t fix the problem. This place is a s$&t hole. Multiple reviews of bed bug bites, gross smell, and zero cleanliness. This place looks to be family run and they don’t care what you think.

It is suitable for a North American hotel that spends the rest of the day and rests on the next day. Although it is not a high-class hotel in the usual sense, but the bedding sanitary facilities are complete, the parking space is sufficient and free, and the breakfast is simple enough.

The property is in great condition and very clean, comfortable rooms and nice amenities. What really made the difference though was the staff as everyone we interacted with from housekeeping to front desk to the breakfast room staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Great experience!
