This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!

Very nice hotel. Pool was open only if you booked ahead of time. Front desk fellow was very nice when we checked in, very accommodating. But the lady who was at the front desk in the morning was very rude when we were checking out. She looked at us as if we were less than her. She never smiled, she never thanked us, she never asked how our stay was nothing, stood there but rudly said ok your done you can go now. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there. Definatly won't come back to stay if I see her at the desk when we arrive.

Hotel location is very good, parking is convenient, there is no breakfast, but there are many eating shops outside the door. The town is small and convenient to travel, suitable for traveling by car. I was going to stay a few days longer, but Heavenly Father didn't make beauty, so I had to come again next time!

I have no idea what building the other reviews were in but it was a perfectly fine hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was clean and water was hot. The place is older and could use some work but it’s a perfectly acceptable place to stay and I’d stay there again without issue.

Beautiful room and very well decorated and came with a huge jacuzzi (which isn’t our thing really but certainly will appeal to others). The grounds where the cottage is are lovely and there are lots of relaxation areas including a hot tub (again if that’s your thing). Check in was straightforward although there did seem to be far more advance bureaucracy around documents/cars/parking etc than we have experienced in other places. Location - you’ll won’t need to walk more than 5 mins to get anywhere in Harrison. If you are interested in a stay at Harrison Hot Springs then this wouldn’t be a bad choice.

Outstanding
Beautiful room and very well decorated and came with a huge jacuzzi (which isn’t our thing really but certainly will appeal to others). The grounds where the cottage is are lovely and there are lots of relaxation areas including a hot tub (again if that’s your thing). Check in was straightforward although there did seem to be far more advance bureaucracy around documents/cars/parking etc than we have experienced in other places. Location - you’ll won’t need to walk more than 5 mins to get anywhere in Harrison. If you are interested in a stay at Harrison Hot Springs then this wouldn’t be a bad choice.

JJamjari37I stayed at this motel for a couple of nights over the Christmas holidays. The room was clean and quiet, which are my two main criteria. I also liked that it was centrally located. I would definitely stay there again. When I stopped by to check in, there was no one in the office, and I couldn't tell if pressing the buzzer actually did anything. So one suggestion is to have a bell ring in the office as well - so I don't keep pressing it to see if it's ringing. The one issue with my room was the mattress was pretty saggy on one side.

We stayed 3 nights, had all the amenities we needed- pool, parking, refrigerator etc. We would have liked a space to sit outside but we hung out at the restaurant and pool while we were having downtime at the hotel. I would recommend that the carpets on the 3 rd floor be replaced. There is some type of smell happening there. The room itself did not smell, we were opposite the highway side of the building with a nice green wall outside our window. Air conditioning was nice but too loud to leave on to sleep. My only real complaint would be lack of a kettle for tea, but the hot water on the cooler in the lobby worked ok. Family of 4 travelling to visit Cultus Lake, Harrison, a trip into Vancouver to see a musical production & family. Hotel was a good value for the rates and I would stay here again.

GGuest UserA not overly clean room that is cramped, with an old carpet, no cupboards of any sort in the bathroom, and erratic wifi. Oh...and then there 's the construction going on next door as they are making a major addition to the mall. Lots of car traffic noise too. People reserving should be warned about that. The beds seem okay. And the front desk person was friendly.

The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay. Location is great for walking as the park and some shops and restaurants are located nearby.

1107jakeWe really enjoyed this motel. Great staff and friendly service. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Always appreciate a coffee maker in the morning, a fridge for snacks and a microwave to heat them up. Can’t complain about a thing. It’s too bad hope doesn’t have any good restaurants or we would visit more often.

Great hotel at reasonable rate. Stated here on way to ferry. Stayed in newly renovated rooms. Very nice and clean. Excellent job. Friendly staff and air conditioner works great. Lots or room. Nice little fridge and enough storage. Very quiet. Prices good considering high times in summer. A must stop at in Hope
