Mr. Hatem. The reception gentleman. Is the reason why I’m giving this good feedback . From welcoming me into the hotel with big smile , seamless check in , nice room selection , until I checked out he was so caring , welcoming , kind and very friendly . The rest is regular as every Accor hotel .

You can walk from hotel to City Centre from the back side (not the main road ).
Room is big & clean.
I will choose again.

Hotel service is also very nice, the service level is remarkable. but! The facilities of this hotel really need to be improved, and I am completely sorry for the rating of the five-star hotel. The shower is not sealed, the water is left out of the door; the table is also worn out, the socket of the desk is actually bad; the door of the room also has some worn out places.

Hotel location is OK, waiters are more welcoming. Adjacent to city center. The interior of the hotel disappointed me. This room is not as tall as the pictures, but it is a bit bigger. The bathroom scale is broken. Water will overflow all over after bathing. Breakfast is average, you can choose to eat in the city center. Fortunately, the price is good, the location is ok, you can choose here for shopping malls.
