We enjoyed our stay here as the surrounding area is totally beautiful and very relaxing. The accommodation itself was very tired, a little grubby and the staircase to the bedrooms a little treacherous-we left the light on all night for those needing the bathroom. The onsite restaurant served delicious food and it was nice and clean. In the evening we joined the penguin spotting and the 'guide' told us a few facts, after about 10 minutes he gave up and left us. We stayed and did see the little guys... Glad we were only there for 1 night.
The hotel is located within 10 mins' walk from the city centre. We had a room facing the pond and we could watch seagulls coming in for a swim while having tea at our own porch! There is a shared laundry and drying area outside our room. There is free parking at the premise and you can take a short hike up the whalers lookout just opposite the hotel! The reception staff was very friendly, giving us tips on where to eat and location of the supermarket, etc. She also helped us print some forms required for our next activity without charge.
The apartment is located on a small slope in the town
The sign is very small. It is recommended to contact the landlord in time when you check in
The landlord was very friendly and recommended to us the restaurants in the town
Two bedroom apartment modern and clean area is very large
One master bedroom with double bed and one side bedroom with two single beds
Very suitable for a family trip
All tableware and kitchen supplies are complete
Cars can be parked at the door, each apartment has two parking spaces
In addition, the town of Bicheno is really great
You can see little penguins along the beach at night
The landlord also prepared a flashlight with red light
A few kilometers along the town, there is a super beautiful beach
Encounter a super beautiful white beach
Denison conservation area
Although there is no evaluation on Google
There are few people but it's so beautiful that it's suffocating
Thanks for a great 4 night stay. The room, location & views exceeded our expectations and it was extremely good value for the price. I would highly recommend Beachfront Bicheno for anyone staying on the East Coast - there is a lot to see and do in the area and Bicheno is a great base. Be mindful that many eateries close early. Don't miss the Lobster Shack & nearby Devil's Corner (even if you aren't a wine drinker the seafood is amazing). The Farm shed offers wine tasting & it's a short walk back to your room. The Penguin Parade is also a must do. We would stay at Beachfront Bicheno again in a heartbeat - recommend booking the sea view room. Very comfortable, great pillows, much quieter than we expected (it was super, super quiet), but easy to walk to most things, and a bottle shop on site! The heater in the bathroom was a nice touch. Overall - excellent value for money.
Stayed here for one night on a road trip up the east coast of Tasmania. The rooms are set in gardens rather than there being a central building and I stayed in room 11 behind the reception area. Parking is a bit tight on the site although there was a small space outside my room. I noticed a review suggesting that all the rooms are accessible - they are not, there were wooden steps up to mine and to several of the other rooms. If you want an accessible room I suggest requesting it at booking. My room was a reasonable size, there was a queen size bed, and it was well decorated but basic. There was also a small sofa and a table and two chairs. On the balcony was another table with two chairs. The winter sun does indeed shine into the rooms in the afternoon and my room was nice and warm. There was a walk in shower and a large sink. Everything appeared to be clean and there was plenty of hot water for my shower. In one corner of the bedroom was a cupboard and fridge, and inside the cupboard I found a kettle, toaster and various bits of cutlery and crockery which I was not expecting. So I could buy some breakfast things for the following morning and have breakfast at the motel. All in all a reasonable place to stay, however it is a bit far from the centre of Bicheco to walk back into the town to the bars and restaurants
Located so close to eateries and local convenience stores, was excellent start to two night stay. Close to Coles Bay etc. We had 2 bed cabin which was warm comfortable and very clean. All bathroom amenities orivided, body wash shampoo and conditioner hair dryer. Kitch had good size fridge microwave kettle toaster, tea and coffer provided. Amenities on the site were so very clean. Our stay the park was very quiet and friendly.

1137***98I can watch a day here, waiting for a beautiful column of water like fireworks, the sky flower rain, sometimes accompanied by a rainbow, adults and children are excited to wait for a big one! Sometimes it will get wet ~
