The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

A resort-style hotel with a great location. You can swim directly to Snoopy Island. You can see all kinds of fish, turtles, and maybe sharks while snorkeling. The hotel's own water club can provide equipment such as paddle boards and hand skis. The scenery is great and endless. The swimming pool and the bar by the pool are great for a drink after diving. The room is old and damp. You need to turn on the dehumidifier all the time. In terms of cost performance and vacation experience, I highly recommend it.

Our family had an extraordinary stay at Royal M Hotel & Resort by Gewan Al Aqah Beach. It was truly one of the best staycations we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, a helpful colleague assisted us with our bags, storing them in the concierge area and providing a tag for easy retrieval. The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. At the check-in counter, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing Latifa from the Front Desk. She was extremely friendly, always smiling, and thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the activities available before our official check-in time. A detailed program of all hotel activities is conveniently displayed on TV screens in the lobby. Latifa even called us when our room was ready and informed us that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was a delightful surprise. Thank you so much, Latifa! Our room was stunning, offering a beautiful sea view. It was impeccably clean, with all necessary amenities provided. We had lots of fun on our arrival day, playing beach volleyball, using the health club facilities, and colleague Karim was extremely helpful. We also enjoyed games on Level 1, including table football, billiards, and ping pong. We watched a belly dance show and a movie with juices and popcorn provided by the hotel. In the evening, we called housekeeping and requested an extra bed for our child, extra towels, and slippers. Housekeeping colleague Shahroz kindly provided us with everything. He was such a friendly and understanding colleague, a rare quality to find in hotels nowadays. The following day, we had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant, with a wide variety of delicious food. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool, participating in water polo games and an entertaining water gym session guided by the fantastic Usama. His energy made the program fun and unique. Upon check-out, we were informed that we could use the hotel and health club facilities all day long. We enjoyed exercising in the gym and relaxing in the sauna and steam room. Although it would be better to have toiletry amenities in the showers, a kind colleague from housekeeping brought us the necessary amenities upon request, allowing us to take a proper shower. The dirtiest The stinkiest The ugliest place I ever been in my life! The front desk is disrespectful and rude and terrible service. This place should be demolished. In the nights was so noisy, loud music from a bar close by. Air conditioning extremely cold and not a way to regulate it. Around 3 am strong smell of cigarettes came in the room thought the AC.

There are a lot of people in the hotel on weekends, there is a queue to check in, the hardware facilities of the InterContinental Hotel itself are nothing to say, the room is big enough, the only thing is that the room service is too slow and too slow, the hotel has a lot of scenic spots to take pictures, mountain and sea, breakfast The coffee is good, the others are quite satisfactory. The white porridge is not made from our foreign rice. It is incomparable with the breakfast of a five-star hotel in China.
