O hotel está convenientemente localizado perto da Estação Edgware Road e da Estação Paddington. A uma curta distância de Oxford Street e Hyde Park. Geralmente, o quarto é limpo, mas será apreciado se eles puderem aspirar o tapete todos os dias e não ocasionalmente. O piso do chuveiro do banheiro é um pouco escorregadio - tenha cuidado quando tiver sabonete ou gel de banho no pé. Os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e prestativos. As comodidades do quarto são muito básicas - apenas sachês de café instantâneo e saquinhos de chá foram oferecidos.

Esta estadia começou ok. Após o check-in no final da tarde, saímos para uma noite com os amigos. Quando voltamos (3h00), ligamos nossos telefones para carregar, mas eles não o fariam. Verificamos outras coisas, como a chaleira, quando TODAS as luzes também se apagam. Meu parceiro tentou entrar em contato com a recepção sem resposta, então eu desci. Falei com alguém e eles disseram que iriam chamar alguém para ajudar imediatamente. Depois de esperar 20 minutos, ninguém chegou, então voltei para a recepção para ver o que estava acontecendo, enquanto eu estava lá, meu parceiro me ligou para dizer que alguém havia chegado e estava cutucando o teto. Enquanto na recepção do telefone decidiu nos mudar para outro quarto (menor) depois de pagar por um rei às 4h15 da manhã. Na manhã seguinte, depois de um pouco de sono, no check-out, pedi para falar com um gerente sobre pelo menos um reembolso parcial, mas me disseram à queima-roupa que eles não poderiam fazer isso, pois eu havia reservado por meio de terceiros e eles não podiam ver quanto eu havia pago e sem desculpas! Então, em suma, não vou ficar em outro Hilton. Muito desapontado!

The place is good and clean but the lift have some noise at night when someone use it

Great location and good service, but the bathroom was old and grimy, dirty and the drain was clogged so it was difficult and disgusting for the four of us who shared the room to have a shower as the water didn't run. :(

This is my second stay in this hotel, and you will never ever get a room matching with your order. The location of the hotel is good, close to underground and paddington. Highly doubt there is discrimination. The newly renovated rooms were assigned to europeans and left those shabby rooms to others. The breakfast is not worthy of money, with little food and stalls, but a lot of ppl waiting and queuing everyday. I would recommend you buy from Costa right opposite the hotel if your booking doesn’t include a breakfast. The breakfast is worth at a fair price around 15 pounds maximum. We booked a queen’s room newly renovated in the trip.com. However, first night the reception tell me to upgrade to a superior double queen room due to no room available.. I rejected in the first place but reception insist no other room available, asking me second day morning to come back to reception to change a room. The room assigned is an shabby room with old amenities. The second day morning I came to reception to request a room change as I was told last night. However, it was so hard to change a room, after going through a reception staff and waiting for minutes for a manager to approve and told me that’s the ONLY room available. The way of speaking is like take it no matter you accept or not, that’s the only choice for you. The room assigned was in the mid tower, but still a shabby room with dated amenities until I moved in, which is not matching to what I have booked. In the room change process, I became no access to my previous room while my luggages are all in the room. Meanwhile, I heard an old couple just checking in that morning was assigned a room in east wing which is a new renovated room. Yet the hotel telling us there were no other rooms available just minutes ago.

Good check in, the bearded guy at the front desk upgraded us to the room type and slept very peacefully

I arrived at about 6pm on 15 August.The staff asked what kinds of room is ur favorite? My answer was at high floor and quiet.Then he gave room 1107 to me,a room without scenery（pic1），just in front of the lift which is very noisy . I asked for another room,a quiet room.Then another staff gave room 120 to me.Incredible,when I opened the door,someone already inside,I apologized .It’s almost 9:30pm, I returned to the reception，the staffs apologized to me,and gave me the room 417,which is just behind the lift,even more noisy than 1107,but my 7 years old son was very tired and sleepy,I stayed at the room for night.The second day,I couldn’t wait to change a quiet room in the morning ,another staff wrote down what happened to me with a note,and he promised me when I back to the hotel after 7pm I will get a upgraded room for free ,he will also inform other staffs to handle it. But when I returned at 7:40pm,nobody knew what happened to me.and the staff named N**** ,was the fifth person I explained what I want.He said he couldn’t help me,cos I didn’t remember the name of the staff who promised me that my room would be well prepared when I back ，and N**** said there’s no room at that time ，if I want to upgrade I should pay. I asked to see the manager。The manager didn’t show up ,instead N**** had a room to me,it’s room 2303,a little distance from the lift.He apologized to me as the others without sincerely.service is not just smile on ur face,u should really helpful.And thx for upgrade my breakfast at the lounge，the staff there were indifferent .

Was located at the West Tower, room too small to fit 5pax. Toilet flush not working properly, water not flowing through the drainage quick enough at the shower area, resulting in a smell in the toilet. Was on time for check-in but room wasn’t ready yet; only got checked in after 30min. Lift at the West Tower had a missing Door Close button. Howvever staff there is friendly, location is about 4-7 stops away from Oxford Street via bus.
