I arrived at about 6pm on 15 August.The staff asked what kinds of room is ur favorite? My answer was at high floor and quiet.Then he gave room 1107 to me,a room without scenery(pic1),just in front of the lift which is very noisy . I asked for another room,a quiet room.Then another staff gave room 120 to me.Incredible,when I opened the door,someone already inside,I apologized .It’s almost 9:30pm, I returned to the reception,the staffs apologized to me,and gave me the room 417,which is just behind the lift,even more noisy than 1107,but my 7 years old son was very tired and sleepy,I stayed at the room for night.The second day,I couldn’t wait to change a quiet room in the morning ,another staff wrote down what happened to me with a note,and he promised me when I back to the hotel after 7pm
I will get a upgraded room for free ,he will also inform other staffs to handle it. But when I returned at 7:40pm,nobody knew what happened to me.and the staff named Narse ,was the fifth person I explained what I want.He said he couldn’t help me,cos I didn’t remember the name of the staff who promised me that my room would be well prepared when I back ,and Narse said there’s no room at that time ,if I want to upgrade I should pay. I asked to see the manager。The manager didn’t show up ,instead Narse had a room to me,it’s room 2303,a little distance from the lift.He apologized to me as the others without sincerely.service is not just smile on ur face,u should really helpful.And thx for upgrade my breakfast at the lounge,the staff there were indifferent .
