21C Museum Hotel Cincinnati

Excelente estadia em geral. Reservado para um aniversário de staycation. O bar da cobertura estava fechado para o resto da temporada, o que foi decepcionante, considerando que foi a principal razão pela qual escolhemos este hotel. Estranhamente, a pressão do chuveiro era francamente dolorosa. No entanto, o serviço e os funcionários foram excelentes e simpáticos!

My stay at the 21C Museum Hotel in downtown Cincinnati was overall satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and room quality. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience that significantly impacted my trip. As someone traveling from China to Cincinnati, I relied heavily on my iPhone for essential tasks such as managing my funds and arranging transportation. Unfortunately, the charging port for iPhones in my room was broken, which I only discovered the morning after my arrival. This left me stranded without a functioning phone or any means to access my electronic funds. Considering the premium price of the hotel and its positive reviews, I was shocked to find myself in this situation. When I approached the hotel lobby for assistance and asked if I could borrow a charger, I was informed that I would need to purchase one for $20 USD. This was deeply frustrating, as my dead phone meant I couldn't access any funds, including the money required to buy a charger. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and isolated in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, I found help at a nearby establishment, Nada, where they allowed me to charge my phone. While I am grateful for their assistance, I can't help but feel disappointed in the lack of empathy and understanding from the 21C Museum Hotel. Given the circumstances of their broken docking port, I expected more consideration and assistance. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I would caution anyone considering this hotel to be aware of potential issues and the hotel's response to them. The situation I faced was not only inconvenient but also unnecessary, and it has unfortunately overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

The hotel's use of original paintings in an art museum type setting is beautiful. Rooms are a good size and very inviting and attractive. My only objection was the nearly 25 minutes it took to get my car from the valet when leaving. Very frustrating. Also cost of valet at $40 overnight is a high price for a second tier city.,

Maybe our expectations were high because we had heard so much hype about this hotel, but honestly it was just average. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Downtown Cincinnati and were just disappointed. The cleaning and restaurant staff were super friendly which is a plus. The rooms could use an update. The art exhibit was disappointing as well.

The stay was ok. Bed was comfortable and room was clean except old looking carpet. What was unfortunate was that the staff weren't too friendly. Sure, they got the job done and answered when asked questions, the vibe was cold and uppity, not friendly at all.

Hallways and rooms were very dingy and dirty. Our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet just a regular sheet over the mattress cover. And the phone in our room did not work

This is one of the best stays in Cincinnati. Excellent location with great nightlife and dining options.

Hotel has aged in the past few years since I was last there. It’s tired. My room was not well kept — shower door didn’t close properly, light in the bathroom didn’t turn on. The hvac in my room didn’t work during a weekend when it was 5 degrees outside. I notified the front desk, but they didn’t seem bothered by it.

Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is the walls are a bit thin and the people in the room next door were extremely loud most of the night.
