Lustiges Ressort mit freundlicher Besatzung. Auch wenn einiges wackelt und ausgeleiert ist - die Stimmung unter den Gästen und den Angestellten war ausgezeichnet.

Um bom hotel all inclusive, com excelente custo-benefício, de frente a uma praia muito linda, transparente com águas rasas, excelente para famílias com crianças. Comida boa e bebidas o dia todo. Diversas atividades de recreação para crianças.

estive em Cuba por 15 dias antes de chagar no hotel, e conheci uma cultura rica, gastronomia incrível... o hotel não trouxe a personalidade de Cuba. o atendimento é excelente, staf otimo, hotel limpo, organizado... sem reclamações... mas queria mais "Cuba"...

This is my first time to this resort but 15+ times to Cuba. Food was great, service was always fantastic. Buffet was repetitive but that is at all resorts here. I came with an expectation of several shortages but so far they have been minimal and haven't taken away from my time here. I will probably be returning here in the future. 👍

Starfish cayó Gillermo me encantó este hotel vine con mi pareja para celebrar su cumpleaños reservamos el restaurante especializado italiano y el trato fue super amable con un excelente servicio incluso apagaron las luces y nos vantaron el cumpleaños feliz solo estuvimos dos noche pero seguro que volveremos y recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que quiera pasar una lindas vacaciones con una playa impresionante

Es mi primera visita al hotel starfish Cayo Guillermo. Me encantó mucho la vista al entrar el trato del personal es muy amable sobre todo del equipo de animación me encantó mucho el show de los bailarines de break dance y Michael Jackson el tiempo no nos acompaño pero aún así nos dimos un baño a la magnífica playa de cayo Guillermo

This is a great little resort if you are willing to compromise. If you want to be pampered this is not your place. If you want sun and sand at a great price and are flexible, then come here. This place reminded me of summer camp. Things are not perfect, but you had fun anyways. The staff is phenomenal. So helpful and friendly. Everyone says "Hola" and that is so nice. The food is okay, you can always find something to eat. Things are a bit old, but they do the best they can with what they have. Yes the sheets did have some old faded stains on them, but you can tell they had been laundered. They probably don't have the same laundry products as we do. It didn't bother us. I wouldn't stay in a wooden bungalow, they are dark and there was some leaking during the rain. We got a new room and no problems. I think this is one of the best beaches I have been to. It is so shallow, so many great sea creatures and shells. We even saw an octopus!

L’hôtel est correct. Le resort est vieillissant et certains équipements sont défectueux dans les chambres, ce qui représente bien le 3 1/2*. La propreté des salles de bain publiques laisse à désirer. La nourriture est bonne, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Ce qui rend ce site exceptionnel est la beauté du Spot de kite. Plusieurs amateurs de ce sport s’y retrouvent. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. L’endroit aurait besoin de rénovations mais pour le reste, ça vaut la peine. Les journées peu venteuses il y a des moustiques et ils pulvérisent de l’insecticide. La plage est peu profonde et selon la marée, il est possible de faire du kite, du pédalo, kayak, snorkeling, et plusieurs autres activités.
