It’s a simple and basic hotel but it has a modern and light interior which makes it feel just a tiny bit larger. The bed was comfortable and they have a small bar at the reception. The location is quite good - 10min walk from Saint Jean de Luz. During the day there are some services around but in the evening you need to walk across the bridge. The staff were very kind.

We have tested two days in family to use our Wonderbox. A little mitigated by experience, I start with positive, the frame is top, you can do everything on foot without having to use the car, functional apartment. However, it is very old, isolation is over, we heard the water hunt of neighbors day and night, table chair .... The litter has done its time, the sofa bed of the lounge counting so much that we have to put the mattress Despite a recent renovation, Sdb joints as well as the top-step radiators, damaged windows .... Very average overall

Un escapade avec une grande déception. Tout d'abord nous arrivons à l'hôtel, on nous assigne une chambre qui n'a pas été préparer et nettoyer. Les erreurs ça arrive, mais bon, ce n'est pas comme si la personne à l'accueil était dans le rush. Lorsque nous sommes retournés à l'accueil pour le signaler, la personne nous à changer la carte en nous indiquant l'emplacement de la nouvelle chambre, sans aucune excuse ou geste. Je trouve cela extrêmement limite pour un hotel de cette envergure. Bien sur, sans pass sanitaire, impossible de manger au restaurant, dommage quand le cuisinier à la cuisine direct sur la salle et qu'il ne porte aucun masque, ce n'est pas normal. Ensuite, suite à une urgence, nous avons du partir avant la date prévue de départ, et donc nous avons dormi qu'un soir a l'hotel, qui celui-ci à refuser de nous remboursé la 2e nuit. Au final, nous avons dormi qu'une nuit, payé 2 nuits, était traiter n'importe comment, pour une qualité vraiment basse. Très déçu, souvent en déplacement, nous ne choisirons plus Campanile.

Très belle expérience, accueil très chaleureux, chambre parfaite et très propre, spa et détente à la hauteur de nos besoins avec la superbe vue sur la baie, une eau salée bénéfique qui aurait été au top avec quelques degrés supplémentaires cependant cela ne nous a pas empêché de se détendre et d’en profiter pleinement, p’tit déjeuner parfait et à foison avec une vue également sur la baie.
Merci c’était vraiment un très bon week-end, nous reviendrons et recommandons les yeux fermés 😊
