Nice hotel and amazing views of the lake. Good breakfast, but I would have liked some better mixture of Western and Eastern choices. Swimming pools and gym looked nice, but we didn’t use them.
Staff was really helpful and friendly.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify
2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge.
3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table.
4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

We were really impressed with this hotel. It is in a fantastic location- lovely lake views and right next to the main wharf. The facilities are excellent and there is a good range of food at breakfast, including cereals and pastries. Staff do not speak English but will do their best to help. We would stay again.

Good location close to lots of point of interest. Good view from room balcony. One of the room is leaking water, carpet is always wet you able to see clear water marks.
