Super big room with nice view! Super awesome coming at low peak season.
Only item is probably the lights are turn on slightly late. We saw a few ppl riding in the dark. Quite dangerous since cars are travelling in low lights.
Feedback to staff and they mention they will bring this to the in charge to adjust the light timing

Fantastic and very family friendly! Great play area, fun areas to walk around and I recommend the boat trip to the cable car/hike. The attention to detail is amazing, and Frank is top class with his courtesy and willingness to assist with any and everything 😊

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement.
Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out.
Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

Amazing location to enjoy nature to the fullest. A calm paradise to escape from the city. The decoration and care for details is outstanding. The customer service is top as well. Enjoy the Chinese and Japanese restaurants, worth visiting. Frank, thank you very much for making sure that we had the best experience here.

😊 When I arrived I was given a free upgrade which made me really happy so thank you for that.
📍 The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the lake.
🚊🚕 It is very easy to get a taxi to the hotel from the train station too.
⭐️ The service was outstanding. Everyone smiled and made a great effort to communicate with me.
🚤 🍣 You can get a yacht from the hotel to the mountain to view the lake. There’s opportunities for cycling too. They also have a gym and a pool. There’s plenty of places to eat (Chinese, Japanese and Western) and you can order room service.
A really great relaxing stay, I even extended for an extra night too!
