Great location for nature lovers, a very quiet and tranquil place. The service is very attentive, both in Chinese and English, there is a nice coffee shop/bar in the hotel with great choice of drinks. There is no restaurants nearby hotel, but the hotel offers a nice menu for lunch and dinner. Pick-up/drop off service is also available for a reasonable fee. The greatest thing is the kayak access, so you can enjoy the scenery directly from the lake. The rooms are spacious with a lake view.

Property was lovely, service was excellent, better that some 5* hotels, and food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and calm atmosphere.

We booked 2 nights at this lovely homestay (2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant). The hotel was a 45 minute taxi ride from the nearest train station but it was a nice drive through some really beautiful scenery. When we arrived, the staff were very helpful and friendly – meeting the taxi and taking our bags up. The check-in was very smooth and easy. The hotel is right on the lake and the scenery was lush, quiet and picturesque – make sure to bring your camera! The staff are also very willing to take pictures for you. The environment felt very safe and we were able to relax even with young children. We cannot praise the staff enough – they were extremely accommodating and made us feel like family. Even though they did not speak English, they added us on WeChat and we communicated well. They. There a small infinity pool to swim in, a motorboat and kayaks which were free to use and an indoor ball pit / play area for the kids. Our children loved the water! There were also some nice scenic walks a short taxi ride away. The food served for meals was fresh and delicious – we highly recommend the cauliflower dish and the Braised Fish Head. The fish come from the lake itself and they catch and cook them to order. The bar makes great coffee and popcorn chicken for snacks. The room was very clean and spacious with great products. The only item missing was a mini refrigerator to keep milk for the baby. However, the staff kept us supplied with ice to compensate for this and we managed well. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable! We can’t wait to visit again!

睡在山林湖泊間、住進人情裏”——觀沚 民宿依山傍水，簡直就是世外桃源 拍照分分鐘出大片！峇里島同款鳥巢、網紅天梯、盪秋幹、帳篷人、無邊泳池、觀景台等等等，每個角落都能出片！ 民宿有十幾種房型，每一間都是絕美湖景房哦 躺在床上就能欣賞外面的山水，看日出日落 真的絕美了~

景很美，白天晚上都有不一樣的感覺～還可以劃小划艇。房間很温馨很乾凈，咖啡也好好喝，吃的魚頭都是去湖裡現撈的，然後民宿裏面的大家都很熱情周到，灰常好的民宿，愛了～

風景非常好，服務熱情周到，樓下餐廳菜也很可口。有小酒吧和咖啡吧！管家主動問了接下來的行程，還給我們建議。帶孩子也有玩的地方，有秋千還有小船可以玩。

超滿意的民宿，四大一小出遊，臨時找的湖景民宿，性價比太高啦，風景可以説是小而美，我們全家都愛，就喜歡這樣靜靜的享受大自然，三日的住宿體驗能感受到老闆有在用心經營，雖然不新但是衞生很好，路過會議室看到白板上的內容更驗證了老闆確實有在好好做民宿。負一自營挑食餐廳名字很好聽，餐食滿分，不管是早餐還是中晚餐，尤其是和魚相關的菜品，第一晚吃的一魚兩吃，紅燒魚尾也太嫩了，從來不知道魚尾可以這麼新鮮嫩滑，但當時衹覺得果然是千島湖的魚名不虛傳，第二天去了市區吃了一家大眾很火的店，也點了魚頭，一對比才知道，原來不是千島湖的魚好吃，是挑食餐廳的魚好吃呀，為了挑食餐廳我還會再來的。

不滿意！早知地址偏遠，特意租車前往，環境優美，店家熱情。入住當日，夜裡11點有客人在樓下吃飯聲音巨大我被吵醒，（隔音效果差，我住三樓門窗關閉依然聽的很清楚）我打電話給管家兩次，管家説已告知對方回房；夜裡3點，我和父母再次被吵醒（父母已70多歲，之後再沒有睡着），樓下房客已喝醉，在樓梯間大聲喧嘩，跺腳，捶門。我趕緊給管家打電話，無人接聽，我很害怕，噪音持續十分鐘後漸平靜。之後一直無任何酒店人員聯繫我，我早上六點起床，整個酒店一夜處於無人管理狀態，樓下垃圾一堆，後來有早飯阿姨開始上班。於是我第二天早上8點去找前台要求退房。此後店主向我道歉。但我想表達的是：夜裡酒店無任何人看管，地址偏遠，任何人都可以隨意出入酒店，給我們住客造成了極大的危險性！管家夜裡沒接電話，也沒有及時處理問題，萬一有壞人，後果不堪設想！我父母第二天精神狀態很差，導致我改變行程，兩個景點沒及時去，旅程略有遺憾。
