Chongzuo Tianhu Hotel (High-speed Railway South Station Friendship Avenue Store)

I stayed one night in October 2024 and was very pleasantly surprised. Better than expected in all regards. The reception desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. A little bit of English could be spoken. Public transportation to downtown is next to the hotel (route 4 and 7). The route 8 stop is a 5 minutes walk. I did not eat breakfast nor did I eat outside so I cannot tell about the food offering. That part of the city is a bit remote so nothing fancy. The stone forest park and the museum are very close. The room I had (702 on the 7th floor) was large and very quiet. As noted by other reviewers it is a bit old but all was in good condition and working. The air conditioning system was efficient and silent. No fridge available. Good bathroom and good shower. Comfy bed (to my taste). I had a very good sleep which, in my case, is quite rare. I would not hesitate to come back as it exceeded my expectations based on rather average reviews and an unexpensive price.

Service was average. Room are spacious and clean. Hotel is not properly maintained and there are alot of facilities not working. Stayed in a room that have low water pressure and was changed to another room. The next room similar to the first was unable to switch on the TV. The second room airconditioning was not cool and air circulation was not ideal. They however had to provide a fan as all rooms were fully booked and cannot change room. Ok to stay if not fussy.

四星級酒店，當天選擇預訂，找了很多酒店，要不就偏貴，要不就不滿意，最終選擇了這家酒店，入住後很滿意，乾淨衞生，房間也大，住的舒服。唯一就是含早和不含早的價格相差有點大，如果能在優惠些就更好了。酒店附近沒有什麼早餐店……

設施：房間整潔無異味，配套設施齊全，房間內配有小冰箱，給旅客帶來極大便利 環境：馬路對面就是本地公園，有湖泊綠化，周圍很多美食，步行幾分鐘就能到達 服務：保潔人員認真負責，看得出有4星級酒店的人員素質

酒店地標明顯，好停車也方便打車，酒店外部環境有熱帶風光，房間內乾淨整齊，衣櫥內有薄厚被子可供選擇，佈置的很温馨，服務周到，帶孩子沒有訂到家庭房，1.4米的雙床房三口之家也很舒適。由於早晨趕車倉促，房間內遺失物品找前台幫忙給找到了，十分感謝10月4日上午值班的前台帥哥美女還有8層打掃衞生的服務員。一家很讓人放心的酒店🏨。另晚上打車去太平古城很方便。

環境：環境很好，停車非常方便，而且停車不收費。 設施：房間設施還行，就是沒有配塑料拖鞋，一次性子拖鞋質量有點差，不好穿。 服務：前台服務很好。早餐品種不多，味道一般能吃飽

準備去德天瀑布玩，提前一天來到崇左，住高鐵站附近，這個酒店 設施：設施齊全 衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：環境也不錯 服務：服務到位 就是附近沒有什麼便利店或者超市，早餐很好。都是當地特色美食加上一部分西餐，挺好的

酒店的位置還不錯，服務員服務態度也挺好的，主要是酒店實在是太老了 需要儘快改造了 設備裝置噪音極大 KTV的蹦迪聲也整宿無法入睡

酒店很氣派豪華，早餐環境幽雅舒適，比較豐富，距離高速不遠，晚上去了太平古城很方便，景色優美，有機會一定會再來！
