Ouyue Holiday Hotel

Our experience here wasn't ideal. Service was poor The room was very cold despite the heater being on foe hours and the staff said they couldn't help. After eating breakfast, the staff told us too leave and go to the lobby. Despite being far from the attractions, they don't offer any shuttle service. The breakfast was mediocre. When asked ro additional blankets, rhey said they don't have any more. This shows lack of preparation. When asked for more towels, we were staying in a 4 person suite and only had 4 towels, they came back with 2 small towels. Took them awhile to understand what we needed. In addition, as of February 2022, they require a 24 hour NAT despite being in the same city for 4 days of 0 Covid cases. This brought additional frustration on our part. If you want to visit Fairy Mountain, avoid this hotel.

酒店出乎意料的漂亮，非常好！離遊客中心近，車程五分鐘。配套設施很齊全、也很大氣。環境幽雅温馨舒適，非常適合居住度假。房間寬敞明亮、可觀山景，空氣清新是大自然的氧吧。房間衞生乾淨整潔，在度假酒店裡算是很好的了。工作人員服務很好，前台妹妹會打電話温馨提示山上氣温，非常滿意的一次旅行！

朋友一起出遊住這個房間剛剛好，酒店很有檔次、設計温馨、配套設施設備很好。房間寬敞、衞生乾淨整潔，工作人員服務好，還幫我們提行李，下次來仙女山還住他們家！

仙女山的雪景比哈爾濱還美，這家酒店很大很漂亮，周邊環境很美。房間衞生乾淨、有陽台可觀雪景，住得很舒服，工作人員服務態度非常好，愉快的一次旅行，下次來還住他們家。
