Chongqing Muyunsi Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street)

Excellent location and service. Located in Jiefangbei and next to metro station, a lot of restaurant and shopping centre nearby.

The room is absolutely fantastic - they actually upgraded my room! However, I must admit, the staff gives off a rather "MALDITA" vibe, which in my language means extremely hostile and unfriendly towards me. I've repeatedly asked for a blanket, but it seems like my request has fallen on deaf ears. And to make matters worse, when I kindly requested for them to simply open the door while I was in the toilet because of an urgent need, they still knocked on the door. It's incredibly frustrating.

The hotel has the most perfect location, enjoying the view from our room in 21st floor. It’s close to the metro line 2 that is very easy and convenient. The service was very good and the receptionists was very helpful at any time of the day or night. Helping us with ordering takeout, fixing our keycards in the middle of the night and help with the 200 rmb deposit when we didn’t have cash. We were three people and stayed for three nights and would stay there again.

the theme is so romantic, best for couples only, you will definitely have a nice time in Chongqing

Location of this hotel is great, close to the subway station and others places. Staff cannot speak English but have a good service mind and willing to help you.

The hotel’s location was really good, it was in the city center. The view from the window was very beautiful. Time square was in front of us. The room was very cozy and looked romantic. I’m satisfied with their service. The auntie was very kind and friendly.

the location is very convenient!

We booked a room for 4 days. On the first day, we didn't arrive in time due to the flight issues. The hotel contacted me at night whether we are coming or not. After our arrival around 1:45 a.m., the hotel staff at the front counter request us to register on the next day noon due to the registration processes for the passports and gave us a nice room with a good view on the 16th floor. Unfortunately, the guests (I think a couple) neighbouring to our room were arguing and crying whole deep night. We complained that we cannot sleep well for that night to the hotel staffs on the following day. They even did not respond anything special and asked us if we would like to move to another room. We said yes and then they started to show us available rooms on the 20th floor. In fact, the rooms they showed us to move were more expensive than we actually booked. We chose one room as in the photos and this room was really full of privacy and satisfactory. In short, I really appreciate the positive attitude by the hotel staffs and their good will for the visitors. Even after checked out, still contacted me for any inconveniences during our stay. I hope everyone had fun there. I recommend this hotel for service, cleaness and location. P.S. The lift is too crowded in the day time and need to be patient.
