RARA E-sports Hotel

My experience there was nice. The hotel is well located. The room is big and the view is nice. The laundry service is included, so it’s really convenient. The staff is kind and pay attention to your requests. The only cons for me were the bed, which wasn’t really comfortable, and the entrance of the hotel. Since it is located in the 19th floor of a commercial building, there is always a lot of people waiting for the elevator, and sometimes it will stop on every single floor before getting to the ground floor, which is kind of tiring.

It was clean and neat and big enough. Good for gamers cus there is a couple of PC game to play. Haha. Nice Wanda view as well

A clean and quiet place to stay in Chongqing. It's located above a shopping mall and the entrance is next to the Starbucks at exit 2 of the metro station. The reception is on the 19th floor and while, the person didn't speak english, checkin was convenient and quick with the help of a translator app by them. The room is just like the pictures; clean and with two gaming computers. (I didn't use them during my stay, though). Water is provided, and there's a mini fridge (a rarity in China) stocked with drinks and snacks that they replenish for free during your stay. Depending on which side you're on you'll either face the road or the shopping street. While it can be noisy with the window open during the day and early evening, it quickly quiets down after about 10 in the evening, and I had no trouble sleeping, even though I'm a light sleeper. I had a great time in Chongqing and would book this place in a heartbeat if I return here.

看了很多家，他們家的評價環境價格都很合適，下訂單沒多久後前台欣欣就打電話過來確定入住訊息並問我方不方便添加微信發送給我入住須知還有具體位置，到了後一出電梯，前台欣欣就起身問好，很熱情，辦理入住也很快，專業能力槓槓的，辦完入住後，詢問我需不需要哈根達斯的冰淇淋免費的，當時我一聽震驚了，第一次住酒店遇到送冰淇淋的還是哈根達斯，那肯定得嚐嚐呀，進房間後，房間的乾淨程度也是我沒想到的，第一次住到電競酒店這麼乾淨的，房間也沒有什麼異味，有淡淡的清香，房間也是跟照片符合的挺大的，衞生間也很乾凈，還有小冰箱裏面有零食跟飲料也是免費的，是兒時的味道！真的是太具有性價比了，電腦網速很快，屏幕安逸不卡頓，打遊戲暢通無敵！！！ 跟朋友一起開黑簡直太爽了吧！床品也很舒服，很乾凈，床墊軟超級舒服，給人一種很安心的感覺！！！位置也是很方便，樓下就是3號線輕軌，出行方便，樓下是萬達商場，吃喝玩樂都特別方便，不管是跟朋友一起來開黑還是出差都是不二選擇

前台揚揚小姐姐操作熟練 員工也都很熱情 微信回覆的也及時 房間內的設施也都挺新很乾凈 打遊戲很爽 地理位置優越 樓下就是輕軌站 緊挨萬達廣場 非常方便 下次還來！ Enjoy精緻下午茶:下午茶也好喝，每天下午都送 Minibar零食軟飲限時免費:零食和飲料每天都供應 非常好

一家裝修比較新的酒店，酒店大廳中規中矩，前台揚揚小姐姐熱情地為每一位客人辦理入住手續。她的服務態度也很好， 就在萬達廣場商圈內，交通十分便利，樓下就是輕軌站，無論是自駕還是乘坐公共交通，出行帶來了極大的方便。 酒店的房間同樣令人滿意。房間內設施齊全，床品也很舒適，軟硬適中。除了硬件設施外，酒店的服務更是讓人讚不絕口，物超所值。無論是入住時的熱情接待，還是離店時的温馨送別，都讓人感受到了酒店對客人的尊重和關懷。這種貼心的服務，讓人賓至如歸。

前台西西很熱情，服務態度讓人倍感親切，酒店位置也很好，樓下就是商圈，附近也有很多好吃的小吃，很方便，房間也很令人滿意，因為帶了小孩，原本訂的房型個人覺得小了一點，補了差價升級了一個很大的房型，但是房間是真的蠻大，也很乾凈，洗漱用品很齊全，還配了潤膚露，真的是有心了，房間裏的設施都很齊全，電腦打遊戲也很順暢，真的是很滿意的一次入住
