The beautiful woman at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged a relatively quiet room for me. If you come by car, parking on the ground at the door is quite convenient. It's clean and tidy, but the facilities are a bit old and well maintained. The happy afternoon tea gift package is great. The only drawback of the hotel is that it is noisy and I didn’t get a good rest at night.

The receptionists got a little frustrated working with a foreigner and the language barrier, but overall they treated me ok and the cleaning staff was accommodating. The room didn’t have certain amenities I wanted for the price like a microwave or heating, but the loft layout was amazing. There were a few stains in the room and I had to put a trash can by the door that smelled spoiled.

The rooms is clean and new although the windows view is so so (this was not our aim for the stays). The over facilities are well maintained and the laundry + gym facilities are just good enough to serve the purpose. A good experience with this hotel.

As a foreigner in China it is sometimes a bit challenging checking in and navigating hotels in China. But the staff here are exceptionally accommodating and super friendly! It was an absolute pleasure staying here and would recommend to anyone. This would be a perfect summer destination as they have a wonderful open air rooftop lounge area next to the restaurant. It’s not a luxury hotel but super comfortable and enjoyable.

I arrived at 1:30pm (half hour early) and was told to return at 2pm. No problem, I thought. I came back at 2:15 and waited until 2:45 before they checked me in. I went to my room with the room card, but it was still not ready. 30 minutes later, at 3:15pm, I got access to my room. Unfortunately, I had an appointment at 3:00 which I missed. The room was acceptable: there was no bottled water, but the bed was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very close to a metro station.
