I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Each time is lovely, and the location is convenient to where I need to go. The view of the river is nice, and the food is pretty good with Western or local options available. The staff have never had an issue dealing with me as a foreigner (beyond my lack of Chinese), and are patient as we work through conversation. Overall, I would definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel is very new, so the room environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the bathrobes and slippers prepared are of good quality. You can watch live broadcasts on TV or cast screens on your mobile phone All are available, and the wifi speed is also very good. The hotel is equipped with a gym and a laundry room. The gym is too busy and I haven’t been there. The laundry room has washing machines and dryers. After washing, the staff will help dry them and put them away for you to pick up the next day. Generally speaking, I was reluctant to leave when I left. I would rather spend more money to live comfortably when I go out to play. The whole travel process will be very comfortable.

It's just that the front desk is on the 13th floor of the building, the elevator is difficult to take, and there are many people. The front desk service is average, and the room service staff are very enthusiastic. The windows of the room we lived in were not closed tightly, and the overall facilities were not as new as the Lavande where we lived in other places before. The subway was built downstairs, so it was still a bit noisy at night. Ear plugs are required.
