В номере не очень чисто , грязь на полу.

Nice hotel in city center. Rooms are fine, but the other services were terrible. Hotel restaurant was not serving food according our selection despite we have order in advance for whole group. Waiters were rude and slow. Breakfast was missing milk, hot water, coffee, tea... Only juice was available. Food selection was also limited to almost nothing.

Located in town square, friendly staff lovely bar area and outdoor seating Bedroom was huge - 2 double beds, very spacious with large windows and very clean Only negative was breakfast was a bit limited but if in the area again I would definitely stay at this hotel Free car parking on square after 7pm but hotel also has free car parking at rear but limited spaces

Great value hotel for short stay

Nice hotel at a lovely square in the centrum of the old town!

Hotel is good. But breakfast and lack of AC is something the hotel should consider to improve. Rooms and washrooms are clean and nice. The COVID-19 pandemic affected every where, it caused the closure of Royal’s restaurant for lunch and dinner. I give 3 out of 5 for this place.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht der Grund für die schlechte Bewertung ist. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Lage des Hotels und den Gratis Parkplatz. Zum Frühstück gibt es Rührei, Spiegelei, div. Käse und Wurstwaren. Obst und Gemüse, eigentlich alles was benötigt wird. Nun aber leider zu den schlechten Punkten. Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war während der ganzen Woche defekt. Es gab keinen Kaffee und teilweise nicht einmal heisses Wasser für einen Tee. Ich war mehrere Tage im Hotel und das Bad wurde an keinem Tag gereinigt. Meine Haare vom Föhnen lagen die ganze Woche auf dem Boden. Das Bett wurde zwar gemacht, allerdings nur halb, der Bettüberwurf der am ersten Tag noch drauf war, wurde die anderen Tage einfach nur zusammengelegt und lag neben dem Bett auf dem Boden. Die Kopfkissen und die Bettdecke wurden wieder gerade hingelegt und damit wars erledigt. Das Licht im Treppenhaus ging teilweise trotz Bewegungsmelder nicht an, sodass man im Dunkeln die Treppe hochlaufen musste. Das Personal wirkt nicht sehr motiviert. Es tut mir leid, dass ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muss, aber ich hoffe, dass man sich das eine oder andere zu Herzen nimmt.

전체적으로 괜찮습니다. 오래된 건물치고는 방이 매우 깨끗했고 시설도 괜찮았습니다 사소한 실수는 있었지만 제가 영어가 서툴렀는데도 대응을 잘 해줬습니다 유럽지방도시 어딜가나 오래된 호텔의 특징이랄까 청소를 매일 해주지는 않습니다 쓰레기와 수건교체는 매일 해줍니다 세탁서비스는 한두번은 그냥 해주는데 이후에는 100코루나를 받습니다 수압이 약한게 아쉬웠는데 그래서 충분히 샤워할 수 있습니다 다음에도 출장을 온다면 재방문할 의사가 있습니다

서비스는 만족..조식, 세탁 무료 등. 침대가 오래되고 방이 추웠어요.
